Objective:To analyze the risk of ischemic cardiovascular disease in patients with hypertension of different Chinese Medicine syndromes for 10 years and to explore the correlation between them. Methods:To collect the information of 317 patients in the Department of Cardiology,Department of Hypertension Sleep Disorder and Department of Neurology, affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from June 2014 to December 2018.Including general data, past history, personal history, clinical symptoms, examination results, and so on.317 patients were diagnosed according to the syndrome diagnostic criteria in the implementation plan of traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Pathway for vertigo(essential hypertension)(trial). It was divided into four types:deficiency of kidney qi,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, mutual knot of phlegm and blood stasis, hyperactivity of liver and fire. Two cardiovascular risk prediction models were used:Framingham cardiovascular score scale and 10-year ischemic cardiovascular risk assessment table in Chinese. The risk of cardiovascular and ischemic cardiovascular diseases in hypertension patients with different Chinese Medicine syndromes for 10 years was calculated. The data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software, and the correlation between Chinese Medicine syndromes and risk was summarized.Results:1 Among 317 patients with hypertension, yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome 113 cases(35.65%),phlegm and blood stasis syndrome 94 cases(29.65%),deficiency of kidney qi 62 cases(19.56%),liver fire hyperactivity syndrome 48 cases(15.14%).2 There was significant difference in BMI and SBP among different syndromes(?=13.94?21.10,P<0.01).3 In this study, there was significant difference in the risk of CVD in 10 years measured by Framingham cardiovascular score scale in 317 patients with hypertension of different TCM syndromes(?=26.493,P=0.000).The group of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome was higher than that of liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group and kidney qi deficiency syndrome group(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the risk of ICVD in 10 years(?=24.781,P=0.000)between the two groups, and the risk of ICVD in 10years was significantly higher than that in liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group and kidney qi deficiency syndrome group. The phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group was higher than the liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group, the kidney qi deficiency syndrome group and the yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome group(P<0.05).4 317 patients with hypertension were enrolled in this study, the 10-year risk of CVD was calculated by Framingham cardiovascular score scale and analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis. The risk of CVD was positively correlated with smoking,TC and SBP in hypertension patients with hyperactivity of liver-fire syndrome(r_s=0.69?0.53?0.37,P<0.05).The risk of CVD was positively correlated with SBP(r_s=0.31,P<0.05)and negatively correlated with TC(r_s=-0.25,P<0.05)in patients with hypertension due to deficiency of kidney-qi.The risk of CVD was positively correlated with smoking and SBP(r_s=0.70?0.28,P<0.05)and negatively correlated with HDL-C(r_s=-0.44,P<0.05).The 10-year risk of CVD in patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome was positively correlated with age, smoking,TC and SBP(r_s=0.31?0.59?0.34?0.29,P<0.05).5 In this study,317 patients with hypertension of different TCM syndromes were studied.the risk of hypertension was calculated by 10-year ICVD risk assessment form in Chinese.the risk was analyzed by Spearman rank correlation analysis. The risk of ICVD was positively correlated with smoking,TC,SBP and BMI(r_s=0.52?0.38?0.68?0.59,P<0.05).The risk of ICVD in hypertension patients with kidney-qi deficiency syndrome was positively correlated with age,SBP,BMI and diabetes mellitus in 10 years.(r_s=0.54?0.62?0.48?0.35,P<0.05),the 10-year risk of ICVD was positively correlated with smoking, diabetes and SBP in patients with hypertension due to yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity(r_s=0.37?0.27?0.60,P<0.05).10-year risk of ICVD and age, smoking and sugar in patients with hypertension in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group.Urine disease,TC,SBP and BMI were positively correlated(r_s=0.49?0.32?0.25?0.27?0.63?0.28,P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study, the risk rate of CVD in 317 patients with hypertension of different Chinese Medicine syndromes was measured by Framingham cardiovascular score. The risk rate of CVD in yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome group was higher than that in liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group and kidney qi deficiency syndrome group. The risk rate of ICVD in 10 years was measured. The risk rate of ICVD in phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group was higher than that in liver fire hyperactivity syndrome group, kidney qi deficiency syndrome group and yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome group.
