| Objective To explore the explosion of risk factors of ischemic cardiovasculardiseases(ICVD) among people aged50-74in rural areas in Yunnan province and risk factorsintegration and risk assessment next10years to provide scientific basis for prevention andtreatment of ICVD in rural areas of Yunnan and relevant data for risk prediction of ICVDin China.Method Random stratified cluster sampling method was used to select748research objectsaged50-74in relatively poor11villages of four counties from June to August,2011forepidemiological investigation. The investigators who received the training organized byAffiliated Hospital of Dali University, Fuwai Hospital of Chinese Academy of Sciences andChina California Heart Watch used investigation, physical examination and laboratoryexamination to collect and summarize the data and established database. Excluding thecases involving incomplete information and history of myocardial infarction or stroke, total611cases were investigated. Exposure rate of risk factors, aggregation release of risk factorwere calculated. Evaluation Method of Ten-year Risk Degree of ICVD simple model wasmodified and used to evaluate risk degree of10-year ICVD and calculate absolute risk and theaverage risk degree. The relevant data of Evaluation Method of Ten-year Risk Degree ofICVD and in www.healthyheart-china.com as the reference was analyzed with SPSS11.5software. Court data was expressed with χ±s and adoption rate or the proportion of courtdata was expressed with%. t-test was used for two independent samples and chi-square testwas used for rate and composition ratio. Alpha=0.05was as inspection standard and P<0.05was considered with statistically significant difference. Results Among these people, the exposure rate (95%CI) of high blood pressure,overweight (or) obesity, dyslipidemia, smoking and diabetes was29.95%(26%~34%),13.91%(11%~17%),1.64%(13%~19%),48.45%(44%~52%),1.47%(12%~18%).The exposure rate of smoking, dyslipidemia and diabetes increased with the increase of riskdegree. The population with less than3risk factors accounted for97.71%, population withfactors≥3accounted for2.29%. The detectable rate of extremely low absolute risk group, lowabsolute risk group, moderate absolute risk group, high absolute risk group and extremelyhigh absolute risk group was73.81%,15.22%,6.22%,3.27%and1.47%, respectively. Therewas544cases with risk degree<10%(including extremely low absolute risk group, lowabsolute risk group), accounting for89.03%; there was67cases with risk degree≥10%(including moderate absolute risk group, high absolute risk group and extremely high absoluterisk group). The risk degree level of male group aged50-54and female group aged60-64was lower than to reference standard of evaluation table, and the risk degree level of othergroups was higher than the standard.Conclusion Risk factors generation of ischemic cardiovascular disease among populationaged50-74in rural areas of Yunnan Province is not significant, but the risk exposure level ofICVD of whole population is higher and disease risk of ten-year ICVD is higher, so it shouldactively strengthen the intervention of risk factors of cardiovascular disease. |
