Disease Spectrum Analysis Of Brain Tumor In People's Hospital Of Tibet From 2013 To 2017

Objective: Data of patients with brain tumors diagnosed by neurosurgery department of People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region from 2013 to 2017 were collected.To analyze the distribution and trend of brain tumors in Tibet,and to provide support for further study of brain tumors in Tibet.Method: To collect the medical records of all patients with brain tumors from January 1,2013 to December 31,2017 in the Department of Neurosurgery,Summarize and summarize the changes of the number of patients with brain tumors in neurosurgery department of People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region in the past five years.Change of sex ratio in patients with neurosurgical brain tumors in People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region.Changes of brain tumors types in patients with neurosurgical brain tumors in People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region.Ethnic situation of patients.Surgery for brain tumors.Comparisons with data from the Mainland and around the world.and to make disease spectrum analysis.Result: Over the past five years,the number of neurosurgical brain tumors patients in the People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region has increased significantly year by year.The types of brain tumors increasedsignificantly.Meningiomas,pituitary adenomas and gliomas are the top three brain tumors in Tibet,which are consistent with those in the mainland.Gliomas are the most common brain tumors reported worldwide,ranking first,pituitary and meningiomas second and third.This disease spectrum analysis is the first time in the world that meningiomas rank first,pituitary adenomas rank second and gliomas rank third.Conclusion:Gliomas are the most common brain tumors reported worldwide,ranking first,pituitary and meningiomas second and third.This disease spectrum analysis is the first time that meningiomas rank first,pituitary adenomas rank second and gliomas rank third in the world.
