Objective:Compare oxycodone hydrochloride with sufentanil citrate, used in anesthesia induction of patients with laryngeal recurrent nerve monitoring thyroid surgery under the influence of hemodynamic and postoperative recovery Methods:Chose 90 patients would receive elective thyroid surgery with laryngeal recurrent nerve monitoring under general anesthesia, were randomly divided into three groups, with 30 patients in each group.Including Group S(sufentanil group),Group SO(combine oxycodone with sufentanil group)and Group O(oxycodone group).Design the anesthesia induction program, each group was given opioids differently.Group S was given 0.3ug/kg sufentanil,Group SO was given 0.15ug/kg sufentanil combine with 0.15mg/kg oxycodone, and Group O was given 0.3mg/kg oxycodone.MAP and HR of the three groups were compared before anesthesia induction(t0),immediately after induction(t1),immediately after intubation(t2),1minutes after intubation(t3),3 minutes after intubation(t4)and 5 minutes after intubation(t5).The time since anesthesia induction to intubation,Cooper grade, extubation time,VAS score of 1 hour and 3 hours postoperation and the occurrence of adverse reactions were all recorded, including choke to cough, nausea, vomiting, restlessness, dizziness have a headache during induction of general anesthesia or general anesthesia recovery period. Results:There was no significant difference among the three groups at each time point in hemodynamic change(P>0.05).Intubation time of S was obviously longer than SO and O(P<0.05),while extubation time of Group S was shorter than Group SO and Group O(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of Cooper grade among the three groups. After 1 hour postoperation, the VAS score of Group O was lower than the other two groups(P<0.05).After 3 hours, the VAS score of Group S and Group O seemed similar(P>0.05),and both lower than Group SO(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse reactions in Group S was obviously higher than the other two(P<0.05),while Group SO and Group O has no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Using oxycodone during general anesthesia induction in thyroid surgery under monitoring of laryngeal recurrent nerve, was able to maintain hemodynamic stability.Especially when reducing the muscle relaxant before intubation,it could restrain choke and cough better than sufentanil. In addition, oxycodone could reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during general anesthesia induction and general anesthesia recovery time,as well as improve the quality of postoperative recovery of patients with general anesthesia.
