Objectives: Observe the equivalent dose of oxycodone and sufentanil for induction of general anesthesia in elderly patients and a comparison of the changes in hemodynamics during the skin cutting.Methods:40 cases of ASA grade I~II age of 60-80 patients with abdominal operation were randomly divided into oxycodone group(O)and sufentanil(S)group.20 cases in each group.Induction of anesthesia:Group(O)intravenous midazolam0.03mg/kg,oxycodone 0.3 mg/kg,cisatracurium 0.2 mg/kg,etomidate 0.3mg/kg;G roup S sufentanil 0.3 ug/kg,The rest of the drugs and the order of administration were the same as the O group. After induction,The patients weretracheally intubated using a single lumen endotracheal tube.the male patient’s intubation type 7.5#,the female patient’s intubation type 7#.the occurrence of bucking before anesthesia induction(T0),immediately before intubation(T1),at the moment of intubation(T2),3 min(T3)and 5 min(T4)after intubation, begins to cut the skin(T5)wer e obs-erved.The changes of systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),mea n arte-rial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)Systolic pressure and heart rate pr oduct value(RPP)were recorded.T0,T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 were recorded respective ly.T-he incidence of choking in the two groups and the incidence of bradycardia,hyp-otension and hypertension were recorded during the induction period.Results:(1)comparison between groups: Compared with the baseline value TO,the SBP,DBP,MAP,HR,and MPP of the two groups at the time of T1 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).At the time of T2,all monitoring indicators of the S group were higher than the baseline values(P<0.05).However,the SBP,DBP,MAP,HR,MPP and TO values of the T group of the O group were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).At the time of T3,the monitoring indicators of Group O were lower than the baseline values(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the monitoring indicators and the baseline values of Group T3 at the time of T3(P > 0.05).At the time of T4,the monitoring indicators of group S and group O were lower than the baseline values(P<0.05).At the time of T5,SBP,HR,MPP were significantly higher in the S group than in the baseline value(P<0.05).The MAP and DBP were not statistically significant compared with the baseline values, and the O group indexes were lower than the baseline values(P<0.05).(2)Intra group comparison: There was no significant difference in age, height, weight, gender, and hypertension between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in SBP,DBP,MAP,HR and RPP between the two groups at T0(P>0.05).At the time of T1,the SBP,DBP,MAP,HR,and RPP of the two groups were significantly decreased. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At the time of T2,the SBP,MAP,HR,and RPP of the two groups were higher than those of T0,and the comparison between the two groups was significantly higher in the S group than in the O group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between DBP in both groups. The comparison between the two groups at T3 is the same as T2.There was no significant difference in SBP,DBP,MAP and HR between the two groups at T4(P>0.05),and RPP was higher in S group than in O group(P<0.05).At the time of T5,the SBP,MAP,HR,and RPP of the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between DBP.(2)Comparison of cardiovascular adverse reactions during induction in both groups:The incidence of cardiovascular adverse reactions was similar between the two groups, with no statistical significance(P>0.05)(3)The incidence of cough during induction in both groups: No case of cough reaction in group O,and cough response in 6 patients in group S(P<0.05)Conclusion: For elderly patients with intravenous injection of equivalent dose of oxycodone and sufentanil for anesthesia induction, oxycodone can more effectively maintain stable hemodynamics, reduce the occurrence of stress reaction.
