Objective:To observe the effects of different dosages of oxycodone hydrochloride on hypertensive patients during induction of general anesthesia in nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 90 hypertensive patients in class?during general anesthesia in nasal endoscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into three groups,each group have 30 cases,O1 group of oxycodone 0.15 mg/kg,the O2group of oxycodone 0.20 mg/kg,O3 group of oxycodone 0.25 mg/kg,the rest of the induction of drugs and drug delivery order:midazolam 0.03 mg/kg,etomidate 0.30 mg/kg,shun benzene sulfonic acid atracurium 0.20 mg/kg.To record the mean arterial pressure?MAP??heart rate?HR?and blood glucose?Glu?before induction?T0?,immediately before intubation?give oxycodone after 5 min??T1?,immediately after intubation?T2?,1 min after intubation?T3?,5 min after intubation?T4?,recording anesthesia time,waking up time,extubation time,dosage of propofol and remifentanil,the incidence of adverse situation,the application of atropine,esmolol and ephedrine.Differences between the two groups were compared by SNK-q.The different time points were analyzed by repetitive measure analysis of variance.Differences between enumeration data were compared by Fisher.P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.There were no significant differences in general data and anesthesia time,recovery time and extubation time between the three groups?P>0.05?.2.Compared with T0,the MAP,HR and Glu of the three groups from T1to T4 were significantly lower?P<0.05?;the MAP,HR and Glu at the T2 time in the group O1 were significantly higher than those at the T1?P<0.05?.3.The fluctuations of MAP,HR and Glu in group O2 were significantly less than those in O1 and O3 groups?P<0.05?.4.The doses of propofol and remifentanil in group O2 and O3 were significantly lower than those in group O1?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in the dose of propofol between O2 and O3?P>0.05?,but the difference in the amount of remifentanil was statistically significant?P<0.05?.5.There were no significant differences in the incidence of intervention and adverse reactions between the three groups?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Oxidative infusion of 0.2 mg/kg oxycodone hydrochloride for general anesthesia can improve the hemodynamic stability of patients with hypertension,reduce the dose of anesthesia,and have fewer adverse reactions.It is a safe and suitable dose.
