Objective: Through the investigation of general data and sleep quality of type 2 diabetes mellitus, the main influencing factors of depression were analyzed. Methods: 157 cases of T2 DM patients hospitalized in the department of endocrinology, shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the study subjects, including 107 males and 50 females.Mean age: 51 14 years, minimum age: 19 years, maximum age: 86 years, mean duration of diabetes(8.38 6.27 years).According to the phq-9 score of the health questionnaire, the subjects were divided into the depressed state group and the non-depressed state group, including 64 cases in the depressed state group and 93 cases in the non-depressed state group.Collection of T2 DM patients' gender, age, body mass index, smoking, alcohol consumption, family history, course of diseases, sugar solution, glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),complications, sleep quality, sleep quality with Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)to evaluate, using SPSS 22.0 statistical software for t test and chi-square test, influence factor analysis using forward LR stepwise regression analysis.Result: 1.Compared with the group without depression, the depression group had a higher incidence of complications, proportion of insulin use, course of disease and PSQI score, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age, gender,BMI,smoking, drinking and family history of diabetes(P > 0.05).2.The levels of triglyceride,HbAlc and FPB in the depression group were significantly higher than those in the non-depression group. There was no significant difference in TC,HDL and LDL between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The single factor regression(P < 0.1 variables(age, duration, sugar solution, complications, glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood sugar, triglyceride, sleep quality)into the multi-factor regression model using forward LR to multi-factor stepwise regression, the results showed that HbAlc,course,TG and PSQI are independent risk factors for the development of T2 DM merge depression. Conclusion: Patients with type 2 diabetes have obvious depressive mood, and patients with type 2 diabetes are also associated with depressive state and high depression score, especially those with poor blood glucose and lipid control, poor sleep quality and long course of disease.
