Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the reliability of fatigue scale and quality of life scale in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Describe fatigue and health-related quality of life in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Objective to investigate the relationship between fatigue and health-related quality of life in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. To explicit the influencing factors of fatigue in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, provide theoretical basis for the intervention of fatigue in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and provide reference for better evaluation and treatment. Methods: In this study, professor jiang qianjin's multi-system theory of psychological stress was adopted as the theoretical framework, and 166 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who were hospitalized in the department of rheumatology and immunology of a third-grade hospital in shenyang were investigated by means of cross-sectional study and continuous sampling.Research tools include the SLE general condition questionnaire, clinical disease characteristics data questionnaire,SLEDAI-2000,facit-fatigue scale for chronic disease management and quality of life(LupusQoL).The common information questionnaire was used to survey the demographic data of patients.SLEDAI-2000 to assess disease activity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.FACIT-fatigue: evaluation of Fatigue in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.LupusQoL was used to evaluate the Health-related quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.EpiData3.1 software was used for data entry, and SPSS22.0 software was used for data collation and analysis. The statistical methods included descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test,one-way anova, and pearson correlation analysis.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant in the bilateral test.Results:: 1.In this study,166 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were included, with a male to female ratio of 1:11.77,an average age of 40.96±13.35 years old,and 68.1% of the patients had disease activity.2.The incidence of fatigue in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was 97.6%,and the overall score of the fatigue scale was 28.63±11.61.3.There were statistically significant differences in overall fatigue levels among patients of different ages, education levels, marital status, place of residence, disease activity,c-reactive protein and complement C3.4.The overall score of health-related quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was 469.05±157.786.5.The total score of FACIT fatigue scale of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was positively correlated with the total score of LupusQoL scale and Pearson correlation coefficient of each dimension within the range of 0.299-0.730.The total score of FACIT fatigue scale was positively correlated with the total score of LupusQoL scale, physical health, planning and fatigue, moderately positively correlated with pain, burden on others and emotional health, and weakly positively correlated with sexual life and self-image.Conclusions: 1.The Chinese version of functional assessment of chronic disease treatment-fatigue scale and the Chinese version of lupus quality of life scale have good internal consistency reliability and retest reliability, which can be widely used in SLE patients.2.The incidence of fatigue is high and the degree of fatigue is severe in SLE patients.Age,education, marital status, place of residence, disease activity,c-reactive protein and complement C3 are the factors affecting fatigue in SLE patients.3.The health-related quality of life of SLE patients is low.4.There is a strong positive correlation between fatigue and health-related quality of life in SLE patients, indicating that the higher the fatigue, the lower the quality of life in SLE patients. The fatigue of SLE patients has a strong positive correlation with the dimensions of physical health, planning and fatigue, indicating that SLE fatigue has a significant impact on the physical health, planning and fatigue of patients with quality of life.Fatigue in SLE patients is weakly positively correlated with sexual life dimension and self-image evaluation dimension, indicating that fatigue also has a great impact on patients' health-related quality of life in terms of sexual life and self-image.
