Objective: This study focused on the clinical, pathological features and blood biochemical parameters of breast cancer patients to explore the risk factors for liver metastasis in breast cancer patients. Methods: A total of 6695 breast cancer patients who had been treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2017 were enrolled, and 60 patients with complete data and postoperative breast cancer liver metastasis were screened. From the remaining patients,120 patients with complete data without liver metastases were randomly matched. All patients with breast cancer were treated with radical mastectomy or modified radical mastectomy, and pathologically confirmed after surgery, and the liver metastasis lesions were excluded from primary cancer or secondary organ tumors.A total of 60 patients with liver metastases were enrolled in the experimental group.A total of120 patients without liver metastases were used as control group. The age and previous history of breast cancer patients(high blood pressure, diabetes)were analyzed and analyzed.,the location of the primary lesion(left or right),the pathological type of the primary lesion, the histological grade of the primary lesion, the size of the primary lesion, the number of lymph node metastases, estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2)expression,preoperative blood biochemical indicators such as: hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag),serum total protein(STP),direct bilirubin(DBIL),total gallbladder Red pigment(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),CA125,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA).The measurement data were analyzed by t test, the count data was analyzed by ?2 test(test level ?=0.05),and finally the logistic regression was used for multi-factor analysis(test level ?=0.05).Result: In the liver metastasis group and non-liver metastasis group, the age of onset, pathological type of primary tumor, histological grade, preoperative CEA index,ER,PR expression,HER-2 overexpression, etc.Statistically significant(P < 0.05).The number of lymph node metastasis, past history(hypertension, diabetes),primary lesion location, primary tumor size, preoperative STP,DBIL,TBIL,HBs Ag,AST,ALT,CA125 indicators in the liver metastasis group and non-There was no significant difference between the liver metastasis group(P>0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that the age of onset, the histological grade of the primary tumor, and the preoperative CEA were in the liver metastasis group and the non-liver metastasis group. The difference between the index and HER-2 overexpression was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The age of onset of breast cancer patients, pathological type of invasive breast cancer, high histological grade,ER negative,PR negative,HER-2 overexpression, preoperative CEA level are the risk factors for postoperative liver metastasis. In particular, the age of onset, high histological grade,HER-2 overexpression, and increased preoperative CEA are more closely related, which is an independent risk factor for liver metastasis in breast cancer patients. Therefore, patients with these factors should be highly alert to the occurrence of liver metastases, and more detailed and regular individualized follow-up examinations should be performed after surgery in order to enable early diagnosis and treatment of patients with liver metastases to improve such The patient's prognosis improves survival.
