Objective(s):Carcinogenic antigen 199(antigen 19-9,CA19-9)and Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in biomarkers in Colorectal cancer,colorectal cancer,colorectal cancer CRC is elevated in patients with secondary liver metastases.At present,studies at home and abroad believe that Colorectal cancer cells metastasis into the Liver via blood route,but there is a relative lack of studies on Colorectal Liver metastasis(CRLM).In this paper,we studied Alkaline Phosphatase(ALP),Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)and tumor markers CA19-9 and CEA in relation to liver metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Clinical data of patients with colorectal cancer and secondary liver metastasis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2016 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 126 patients who received radical surgery for colorectal cancer in the hospital were included in this study,including age,gender,tumor markers,pathological reports,and test indicators were performed.Using the chi-square test,K-W nonparametric test,the receiver-operating characteristics Receiveroperatingcharacterist,ROC curve method,calculate the cutoff value,binary Logistic regression analysis to check the data correlation with secondary liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.Results:In unifactorial analysis of CA19-9,CEA,GGT,ALP,LDH and TNM stages,the P values of vascular infiltrated lymph node metastasis were all less than 0.05,which was statistically significant;in multivariate analysis,the P values of GGT,LDH were all less than 0.05,which were independent risk factors for liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.Conclusion(s):The results showed that TNM stage,vascular invasion,lymph node metastasis,CEA,CA19-9,ALP,LDH,GGT were significantly correlated with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer by unifactor analysis,and all P values were < 0.05.Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis of LDH,GGT showed that there were significant differences between the two groups with liver metastasis and without liver metastasis,and all P values were < 0.05.Therefore,LDH,GGT are independent risk factors for liver metastasis of colorectal cancer. |
