Objective: To understand the medical environment perception,academic selfefficacy and learning engagement of medical students,and to analyze the influence of educational environment and academic self-efficacy on learning engagement,and provide scientific basis for improving medical students' learning investment and improving medical students' academic achievements.Methods: A total of more than 600 medical students were randomly selected from each of the majors in a university in Liaoning Province using stratified random sampling.The Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure(DREEM)and the Chinese version of the learning engagement(Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student,UWES-S)were used,and the Academic Self-Efficacy Scale were investigated.Results: The medical education environment perception score rate is 70.9%,the learning engagement score rate is 55.7%,and the academic self-efficacy score rate is71.5%;Different genders,grades,majors,student cadre status,family monthly income,academic achievement Students have different dimensions in the educational environment,learning engagement and academic self-efficacy,P value is less than 0.05;Conducting correlation analysis between medical education environment perception and learning engagement,learning engagement and academic self-efficacy,medical education environment perception and academic self-efficacy,P value is all less than 0.05;The intermediary effect of academic self-efficacy between medical education environment and learning engagement accounted for 67.7% of the total effect.Conclusions:The medical education environment is well-perceived,the learning engagement is acceptable,and the academic self-efficacy is better;Students with different genders,grade,majors,student cadre status,family monthly income and academic achievement have different medical education environment perception,academic self-efficacy and learning engagement;Educational environment perception,academic self-efficacy,and learning engagement,three pairs of two related.The academic self-efficacy plays a mediating role between learning engagement and the medical educational environment.Schools can improve their educational performance by improving the quality of teaching,teaching services,etc.,and improving students' academic self-efficacy to improve their academic input.
