Objective:To investigate the incidence, distribution and risk factors of cerebral microbleeds in patients with acute cerebral infarction in Han and Tibetan in Xining areas. Methods:A total of 272 patients with acute cerebral infarction and a SWI sequence scan using Siemens 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging between May 2013 and November 2018 were collected.According to different ethnic groups, the patients were divided into Han and Tibetan groups.According to the SWI images,96 patients with CMBs in the Han nationality were screened, including Hans with CMBs,and those without CMBs,98 for Hans without CMBs.There were 28 patients with CMB,50patients with CMBs in Tibetans, and 50 patients without CMBs.The general data and laboratory results of each group of patients were collected to investigate the incidence, distribution and risk factors of CMBs in Han and Tibetan patients with acute cerebral infarction.Result:1.Among the 272 patients with acute cerebral infarction,96 patients in the CMBs group(49.5%of the acute cerebral infarction in Han),and 28 patients in the CMBs group(35.9%of Tibetan acute cerebral infarction),the age between the two groups There was no statistical difference in gender(P>0.05).The incidence of CMBs in Han patients with acute cerebral infarction was higher than that in Tibetans(?~2=4.140,P<0.05).2.In this study,96 patients with CMBs in the study had 626 total lesions of CMB,including 266(42.5%)in the brain area,253(40.4%)in the deep area, and 107 in the lower area(17.1%);28 cases of CMBs in Tibetan patients had 178 total CMB lesions, including 48(27.0%)in the brain area,88(49.4%)in the deep area, and 42 in the lower area(23.6).%).Patients with CMB group in the CMB group had more CMBs in the brain area than in the Tibetan CMB group(?~2=14.036,P<0.001),and CMBs in the deep area were less than those in the Tibetan CMB group(?~2=4.620,P=0.032).There were fewer CMBs in the under-the-scenes area than in the Tibetan CMB group(?~2=3.882,P=0.049).Han patients with CMB group had 54(56.3%)mild(1-4)CMB23(54.0%)moderate(5-9)CMB,and 19(4)severe(?10)CMB(19.8%);Tibetan patients with CMB had mild CMB in 15(53.6%),moderate CMB in 8(28.6%),severe CMB in5(17.9%),and Han and Tibetan CMB patients occurred. There were no significant differences in mild, moderate, and severe CMB(P>0.05).3.Han nationality CMB group and Han non-CMB group in the age and hypertension, diabetes, leukoaraiosis, lacunar infarction statistically significant(P<0.05),Logistics regression analysis showed hypertension, diabetes, white matter Loose, lacunar infarction is an independent risk factor for CMB in Han patients with acute cerebral infarction;Tibetan CMB group and Tibetan CMB group have statistical differences in age and hypertension, total cholesterol, lacunar infarction(P<0.05),Logistics regression analysis showed that hypertension,low-level total cholesterol, lacunar infarction were independent risk factors for CMB in Tibetan patients with acute cerebral infarction. Conclusion:The incidence of CMBs in Han Chinese ACI patients in Xining is higher than that in Tibetan ACI patients.Han nationality ACI patients have more CMBs in the brain area than Tibetan ACI patients, and CMBs in the deep area are less than those in Tibetan ACI,and CMBs in the lower area are less than those in Tibetan ACI.Hypertension, diabetes, leukoaraiosis, and lacunar infarction are independent risk factors for CMBs in Han Chinese ACI patients.Hypertension,low-level total cholesterol, and lacunar infarction are independent risk factors for CMBs in Tibetan ACI patients.
