Objective: To explore the changes of Hemoglobin and Bilirubin after traumatic cerebral hemorrhage, for improving the therapeutic effect of traumatic cerebral hemorrhage in high altitude area. Methods: From October 2017 to May 2019,60 patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage in high altitude areas got treatment in the hospital, which were 35 cases(58.3%)of mild craniocerebral injury and 25 cases(41.7%)of moderate craniocerebral injury.Serum Hemoglobin(Hb)and Bilirubin(BIL)levels were detected by radioimmunoassay at 7:00 am on 1,3,5,7 and 14 days after injury.Conduct data analysis and draw conclusions. Results: 1?Hemoglobin after traumatic cerebral hemorrhage gradually increased on day 1,day 3,day 5,day 7 after treatment(compare with those days, significance texting was less than 0.05),and found there is no significante difference between the day 1 and day 14.2? Total Bilirubin increased on day 1 and day 3(significance less than 0.05),decreased on day 5,day 7 and day 14(significance less than 0.05),and no significant difference was found between day 1 and day 5 after traumatic celebral hemorrhage.Direct Bilirubin didn't have an obviously change between the day 1 and day 3.There is a downtrend during day 5,day 7,day 14(compare with each other significance less than 0.05).Indirect Bilirubin have no obvious change during day 1 and day 3,day 3and day 5,day 3and day 7.Decreased on day 5,day 7,day 14(significance less than 0.05).Conclusion:1?After traumatic cerebral hemorrhage in high altitude areas, the Hemoglobin of the patients showed an uptrend on the day 1,day 3,day 5,day 7 after injury, which was the product by RBC lysis after cerebral hemorrhage, and back to normal on the day 14.2?Bilirubin increased in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage(day 1 and day 3),that's an oxidative stress reaction of the body after cerebral hemorrhage, which have protect function for the human body, and then decreased(day 5,day 7,day 14),back to normal level.
