| Objective In the Tibetan medicine,the "Luhjong" disease,referred to classics,is a lung disease that is very common today and is difficult to treat.Although the etiology and treatment of "Luhjong" disease are well documented in the classic Tibetanmedicine literature,there are many problems in clinical application,thatmany clinicians fail to treat "Luhjong" disease by the ways witch classic literature of Tibetan medicine recorded.There is a disconnect between theory and practice.Therefore,it is particularly important to comprehensively analyze the etiology of "Luhjong" disease in Tibetan classics and to formulate specific "Luhjong" disease diagnosis ideas and treatment principles.This paper will focus on the analysis and research of the diagnosis and treatment of disease "Luhjong" from the classic literature of Tibetan medicine.Methord This study mainly uses a combination of theoretical research and comparative analysis.Combined with the formation mechanism of lung in the classic literature of Tibetan medicine,the name of this disease,its classification,etiology and symptoms were analyzed and studied.The "Luhjong" disease was compared with other lung diseases(pneumonia,bronchiectasis,pulmonary cysts,tuberculosis,lung cancer)from the etiology,the nature of sputum,and the onset symptoms.In addition,20 patients were treated and the therapeutic effects of these drugs were analyzed.Conclusion The pathological mechanism of "Loxo" disease is mainly related to blood."Luhjong" disease is a chronic disease compared with other lung diseases,and will worsen if not treated in time.In the differentialdiagnosis,it is necessary to analyze the pathological mechanism,etiology,symptoms and other aspects of "Luhjong" disease and tuberculosis.The treatment of "Luojing" disease in Tibetan classics is mainly discussed in terms of diet,daily life,medicine,etc.The treatment effect on 20 patients is generally better,indicating that these drugs havea good clinical value in the future clinical treatment process. |
