Even though the origin of the body of knowledge can be traced back to the 8th century AD,but Tibetan medicine has systematic theoretical knowledge and rich clinical experience,especially has unique theoretical insights and practical experience on gynecological diseases.With the transformation in social and dietary structure,the morbidity of gynecological diseases have increased year by year,and Tibetan medicine has achieved an irreplaceable position in the treatment of such diseases.Tibetan medicine "nu cha" disease is a common clinical breast disease and a frequently-occurring disease.The main clinical features are characterized by long course is,easy to relapse,and irregular menstruation as a cause of unilateral or bilateral breast pain and lumps.Because the breast itself aches and discomforts is subjective factor,plus the influence of the modern woman's living habit,the work pressure and so on factor,"nu cha" disease is endangering the body and mind health of the majority of women day by day.In Western medicine,it is similar to mammary gland hyperplasia,25-45 years old female are the group with the highest incidence of mammary gland hyperplasia,more than 90% of which is caused by endocrine imbalance.This study summarizes the diagnosis and treatment characteristics and medicine using rules of "nu cha" disease in Tibetan medicine,so as to provide reference basis for the clinical treatment of Tibetan medicine through analyzing literature recording and clinical cases.I.research objectives:There are many ways to treat "nu cha" disease in Tibetan medicine.At present,Tibetan medicine is mainly dealing with it through taking internal Tibetan medicines and external Tibetan medical treatment.In western medicine,the patients with less severe conditions take internal medicine to mediate endocrine and reduce symptoms,more severe patients generally use surgery.Now people are pursuing the treatment of natural medicine.Tibetan medicine has a long history and pure natural medicine with remarkable curative effect,which meets people's health needs.However,only a few drugs have been used in clinical practice in Tibetan hospitals at present.Therefore,this study analyzes and summarizes the pathogenesis and medication rules of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of "nu cha" disease,laying a theoretical foundation for the research and development of new drugs specially for the treatment of "nu cha" disease,and providing reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of "nu cha" disease in Tibetan medicine.To improve health knowledge among women in farming and pastoral areas and other areas,health promotion activities are very important to have a correct understanding of the disease and its seriousness,and to call on them to correctly prevent the disease and to realize the importance of early detection and treatment.Ii.Research methods1.Through literature research and comparison,this paper excavates and sorts out 32 ancient Tibetan medical books and literature about mammary gland diseases.And it analyzes the pathogenesis,classification of syndrome types and treatment methods of "nu li" disease,and compared it with traditional Chinese and western medicine to make an in-depth study of its diagnosis and treatment methods and medication rules.2.Participated in the treatment of "nuchak" patients during the training period in Qinghai Provincial Hospital of Tibetan Medicine for 3 years,collected 33 hospitalized patients with "nuchak" disease during 2018-2019,and analyzed their medication rules and efficacy evaluation.3.There are many ways to treat "nu cha" in Tibetan medicine,such as taking medicine,applying therapy,moxibustion,and bloodletting.Based on the data analysis method and the clinical application on "nu cha",he preferred medicine for "nu cha" disease is chose.Iii.Research results:The "nu cha" disease is one of the most common breast diseases at present.With the improvement of people's living standards in recent years,its incidence rate remains high in Tibetan areas.Especially,It is the most common among women between 25 and 45 years old,and it is characterized by unilateral or bilateral breast pain.
