Objective:The research was aimed at discussing the diversity of PLT,MPV,PDW,PaO2,PaCO2 and CRP between patients with COPD in plateau and plain areas,and analyzing the relationship between platelet activation function and arterial blood gas,CRP,PASP in patients with COPD at high altitude,then providing evidence-based medical proofs for antiplatelet therapy in patients with COPD in plateau.Methods:30 patients with COPD,and 30 patients who were COPD combined with pulmonary hypertension were randomly selected in plateau From November 2017 to October 2018.Moreover,30 patients with COPD,and 30 patients who were COPD combined with pulmonary hypertension in plain in the same period were randomly selected as control group.To collect and analyze PLT,MPV,PDW,PaO2,SaO2,PaCO2,PASP,CRP of the participants.Results:1.Compared with the COPD group,COPD combined with PH group had lower PLT,PaO2,SaO2and higher MPV,PDW,PaCO2,CRP,PASP whether in plain or plateau,P<0.05.2.PLT,PaO2,SaO2,PaCO2 were lower while MPV,PDW,CRP,PASP were higher in plateau than those in plain whether in COPD group or COPD combined with PH group,P<0.05.3.In plateau COPD group and plateau COPD combined with PH group,MPV was negatively correlated with PaO2,and positively correlated with PaCO2,CRP and PASP,P<0.05;PDW was negatively correlated with PaO2,while positively correlated with PaCO2,CRP and PASP,P<0.05.Conclusions:1.Platelet activation and inflammation in COPD patients and COPD combined with PH patients at high altitude are more serious than those in plain areas,indicating that hypoxia promotes platelet activation and inflammation.2.MPV and PDW were negatively correlated with PaO2 and positively correlated with PaCO2 in COPD and COPD combined with PH patients at high altitude,suggesting that platelet activation is involved in the occurrence and development of respiratory failure among COPD patients.3.MPV,PDW were positively correlated with CRP and PASP in COPD and COPD combined with PH patients in plateau,showing that platelet activation promotes systemic inflammatory response and the formation of pulmonary hypertension.
