Objective This study recommended 72 patients with early Achilles tendonitis who underwent different treatments, mainly using the American Foot and Ankle Surgery Society(AOFAS)Rating and Pain Digital Rating Scale(NRS)score to examine their 1,3,and 12 months after treatment. The efficacy and follow-up evaluation were used to analyze the effect and value of platelet-rich plasma therapy on Achilles tendinitis.Method All enrolled patients were from patients with Achilles tendonitis in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from January 2017 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into PRP pain point injection group(experimental group)and local closed therapy treatment group(control group),all All patients were eligible for inclusion. The former received venous blood from the body, and then extracted according to the difference of blood components and the sedimentation rate during centrifugation.Local injection treatment was performed on the pain points. The treatment was followed 1 time/week.4 times. The latter was treated with 2% lidocaine hydrochloride injection and methylprednisolone acetate for local pain-sealed injection according to the ankle joint brake for 4 weeks. The treatment was followed 1 time/week for 4 times. In addition, the patient is divided into a post-injection active group and a post-injection braking group according to whether the patient is braked after injection. The former was not fixed with cast after surgery, while the latter was given to the ankle joint(10°-15° of plantar flexion)and braked for 4 weeks. All patients were followed up at 1,3,and 12 months after treatment. At the same time,AOFAS and NRS were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. After completion,SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result All patients who were excluded from the follow-up were followed up for 1,3,and 12 months after treatment. The NRS pain index of the PRP pain point injection group was smaller than that of the control group after treatment. The results of the analysis showed that the pain score t-test display was significantly different for each follow-up period. The results showed that the PRP pain point injection group had a better analgesic effect than the control group. The AOFAS ankle joint function scores in the PRP pain point injection group showed a better than the control group ointment, and the ankle function scores at each follow-up period showed significant differences between the control group and the surgery group. The results show that the PRP pain point injection brake group can play a better therapeutic effect. The NRS pain index of the post-injection active group and the PRP pain point injection brake group showed that the P value of the pain score t test for each follow-up period showed no significant difference. The results of the AOFAS score t test in the two groups showed no significant difference. Conclusion 1.Compared with local closed therapy,PRP local injection can achieve better therapeutic effect, which can not only improve the exercise ability or improve the pain,so it can be selected as early follow-up.The preferred treatment for phlegm.2.The patient's braking after PRP injection does not have much effect on the patient's treatment, and it will not have much effect on the ankle function.
