Observation On The Effect Of Embryonic Injection Of SKM HGS+M Germinal Fluid In The Treatment Of Androgenic Alopecia

Objective To explore the effect of embryonic injection of SKM HGS+M germinal fluid in the treatment of androgenic alopecia,so as to provide a safe,simple and effective treatment for alopecia patients.Methods Fifty-five alopecia patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(29 cases)and control group(26 cases).Before treatment,hair mirror was used to collect pictures of the affected area,and the number of hair roots per unit area and average hair diameter were recorded.Observation group:SKM HGS + M germinal fluid was injected into the embryo layer once a week,10 times a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment,while external use of minoxidil tincture.Control group: Minodil tincture for external use only.After two courses of treatment(totally 5 months),hair microscopy was performed again at the initial detection site and the number of hair roots per unit area and the average diameter of hair were recorded.The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated before and after treatment.Result1.Before and after treatment,the average number of hair per unit area was increased from(99.41+15.17)before treatment to(150.66+15.87)after treatment in the observation group,from(102.08 +11.19)before treatment to(129.65+14.03)after treatment in the control group.The number of hair per unit area in the observation group and the control group improved significantly after treatment(P < 0.05).The average diameter of hair per unit area was compared within the group: the average diameter of hair per unit area in the observation group increased from(60.76 +3.04)before treatment to(79.75 +1.27)um after treatment,and that in the control groupincreased from(60.80 +3.44)um before treatment to(78.30 +3.37)um after treatment.The average diameter of hair per unit area in the observation group and the control group improved significantly after treatment(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,comparisons were made between groups: the number of hair per unit area and the average diameter of hair per unit area.The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Evaluation of pain degree and complications: 0-10 grade was used to represent different degrees of pain,41% of the observation group had no pain,59% had 1-3 grade pain,which could be tolerated.During the course of treatment,one patient in the observation group developed mild scalp edema,which subsided spontaneously for about 6 hours,while two patients in the control group developed eczema.ConculutionSKM HGS + M germinal fluid injection is effective and safe in the treatment of Androgenic alopecia.
