Objectives: Revolution CT one-stop coronary CT angiography and myocardial perfusion imaging was used in high altitude population to explore the relationship of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, hypersensitive C-reactive protein level with coronary stenosis as well as myocardial perfusion, and to explore the value of Revolution CT one-stop imaging in assessing coronary morphology and myocardial perfusion. Methods: 92 high-altitude cases examined by Revolution CT one-stop CCTA+MPI were collected, their general information of age, sex, nationality and altitude were recorded together with NLR and hs-CRP values within 3 days.Coronary Gensini score were graded according to CCTA results, and all cases were divided into normal group(35 cases)and coronary stenosis groups(28 cases of mild stenosis,17 cases of moderate stenosis and 12 cases of severe stenosis)according to their own CCTA results. The left ventricle was divided into 17 segments in the reconstructed myocardial perfusion map according to American Heart Association standard, and the 16 segments myocardial perfusion values(BF,BV,MTT,TTP)were measured except apical segment.Firstly, analyse the general information, then Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyse the correlation between Gensini score and NLR as well as hs-CRP.Finally,analyse the myocardial perfusion values of different NLR and hs-CRP cases in normal coronary group, and analyse the myocardial perfusion between stenosis coronary artery supplied myocardium(SCASM)and non-stenosis coronary artery supplied myocardium(NSCASM).Results:1.There was no statistical difference in general information between normal group and coronary stenosis group, and among different degrees of stenosis groups(p > 0.05).2.The Pearson correlation coefficients of NLR,hs-CRP with coronary Gensini integral were 0.622 and 0.510 respectively(p<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in myocardial perfusion between different hs-CRP groups and different NLR groups in normal coronary group(p > 0.05).4.With the severity of coronary stenosis aggravated, the BF value in SCASM decreased significantly compared with NSCASM;there was no significant change of BV value in mild and moderate stenosis group;,while it was decreased significantly in severe stenosis group;the MTT extension in SCASM was more obvious in moderate stenosis group, and the TTP extension in SCASM became more obvious with the aggravation of coronary stenosis. Conclusions: 1.Hs-CRP and NLR are risk factors of coronary heart disease, and the levels of the two risk factors are indicative of the severity of coronary stenosis.2.Hs-CRP and NLR are not enough to have a significant impact on cardiac microcirculation in patients without coronary stenosis to a certain extent.3.Myocardial perfusion vary with different degree of coronary stenosis,BF and TTP are sensitive and coherent perfusion parameters reflecting the changes of myocardial perfusion.Revolution CT one-stop CCTA + MPI can evaluate coronary stenosis and detect abnormal myocardial perfusion, which can improve the detection rate of coronary heart disease with abnormal hemodynamics.
