Objectives To evaluate the clinical efficacy of 308 nm light combined with drugs in the treatment of vitiligo through Meta analysis and clinical trial.Methods 1.Use computer to search articles from Chinese and English databases.After screening criteria-compliant literature,the Cochrane System Reviewer's Manual was used to evaluate the quality of the articles.Finally,data analysis by using the Review Manager 5.3 software.2.Gather patients with vitiligo at the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology.Group by hierarchical distribution principle.Group A: 308 nm light treatment;Group B: 308 nm light + topical drug;Group C: 308 nm light + topical drug + oral oral Chinese medicine.After 6 months of treatment,statistical analysis was performed on each group to evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction differences of the three treatment methods.Results 1.Meta-analysis of 308 nm light with pharmacological therapy for vitiligo:(1)Final inclusion of 6 Chinese articles,and an article comparing the efficacy of 308 nm light(group A)with 308 nm light and tacrolimus(group B).(2)The efficiency of group B in all 6 literatures was higher than that of group A.(3)There were 4 reports on the cure rate,and the cure rate in group B was better than that in group A.(4)There were 3 literatures with treatment frequency of 2 times/week,and continuous treatment for 3 months.Analysis showed that the significant efficiency of group B was higher than that of group A.(5)There were 2 articles according to 1/week,continuous treatment for 6 months.After analysis,the markedly effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A.(6)All included studies reported adverse reactions but no serious effects on health.2.308 nm light combined with drug treatment of vitiligo clinical efficacy analysis:(1)B and C groups significantly higher than the A group,the difference was statistically significant.(2)The manifestation of white spot in group B and group C was significantly better than that in group A.The leukoplakia manifestation efficiency was milder in adolescent,mild,moderate and middle-aged patients in group C than in group A.(3)The significant efficiency of mild torso and moderate head and neck was better in group C and B than in group A.The significant efficiency of mild limbs,moderate torso and moderate limbs in group C was better than that in group A.(4)In the stable period,the moderate group C and group B had significantly better efficiency than the group A.The active period was mild and the active group C was significantly better than the group A.(5)The effective rates of mild and moderate leukoplakia at moderate and >6 months were higher in group B and C than in group A.(6)The three groups of A,B and C had adverse reactions of 308 nm excimer laser treatment,mainly itching and desquamation.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between groups.Conclusions 1.(1)Regardless of the frequency of treatment,308 nm light combined with tacrolimus is superior to 308 nm light in the treatment of vitiligo.(2)No serious adverse reactions occurred during 308 nm excimer laser treatment.2.(1)In childhood,head and neck,stable phase,mild vitiligo patients with a disease duration of ? 6 months,the efficacy of 308 nm excimer light alone is effective.(2)Patients with moderate vitiligo at all ages(children,adolescents),sites(face and neck,trunk,limbs),stage(stability,progression),and disease duration(?6 months,>6 months),The combination of 308 nm excimer phototherapy with topical drugs and 308 nm excimer phototherapy for topical and oral medications was superior to 308 nm excimer phototherapy alone.There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two combined drug therapies.(3)The main adverse effects of 308 nm light irradiation in the three groups were pruritus and desquamation,and there was no difference in adverse reactions between groups.308 nm light treatment of vitiligo is safe and reliable.
