Objective To observe the clinical manifestations, blood related indicators and intestinal microflora changes of children with abdominal henoch-schonlein purpura(HSP)before and after the application of microecological preparations, and to explore the efficacy of microecological preparations in children with abdominal HSP.Method Sixty-two cases of children with abdominal HSP were enrolled.According to the inclusion, exclusion criteria and randomization principle, they were divided into observation group and control group(31 cases in each group). On the basis of routine treatment, the observation group was added with microecological preparation. The control group was given a placebo, and the changes of various indexes before and after two weeks of treatment and the clinical manifestations during hospitalization were observed. The measurement data satisfying the normal distribution is analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance and t test.Rank sum test is used for those who do not satisfy the normal distribution. The count data is analyzed by chi-square test. Results 1.Comparison of efficacy before and after treatment between the two groups:weight and serum Albumin(ALB)in the observation group showed no statistical significance before and after intervention(P>0.05),while those in the control group were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Observation group after the intervention of Fibrinogen(Fibrinogen,FIB),Anti-streptolysin O(ASO),defecate frequency were significantly lower, compared with before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group in the indexes before and after intervention there was no statistically significant difference((P>0.05).The White blood cell(WBC)count of the two groups wassignificantly lower after intervention than before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hemoglobin(HGB),Platelet(PLT),Total cholesterol(TC),Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and amylase levels from the two groups showed no statistically significant difference before and after intervention(P>0.05).After treatment, the FIB,ASO and stool frequency of the observation group were significantly reduced compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Body weight,WBC,HGB,PLT,TC,ALB,ALT and amylase were slightly lower in the observation group than in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The number of hospital days, days of abdominal pain and days of skin rash in the observation group were less than those in the control group, especially the number of days of abdominal pain was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01).2.Clinical safety analysis of microecological preparations: repeated skin rash and abdominal pain were compared between the two groups, and the observation group was less than the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3.Comparison of intestinal flora before and after treatment between the two groups: There were differences in the distribution of the flora between the two groups, and the diversity of flora in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Lefse analysis shows that lactobacillus is a characteristic bacterium in the observation group. It is reasonable to think that the content of lactobacillus in the observation group after the intervention of microecological preparation(lactobacillus)is significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.Microecological preparations can improve clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain and rash in children with abdominal HSP,and can shorten the hospitalization days.2.The incidence of abdominal pain and rash repeated in children with abdominal HSP was significantly reduced after the intervention of microecological agents.3.Supplementation of exogenous probiotics can significantly improve the structure of the intestinal flora.
