Objective:To observe the nutritional status and safety of children with abdominal Henoch Schonlein purpura after regular diet and oral nutrition, and to find a nutritional treatment plan to improve the risk of children with abdominal purpura.Method:This study selected 30 cases of children with abdominal type HSP observation group,33 cases in the control group were given routine diet and diet guidance, observation group were treated with ONS,observe two groups before treatment and two weeks after treatment indicators during hospitalization and other conditions, and follow-up observation hospital nutrition after one month.T test is used to meet the normal distribution of measurement data.Counting data is checked with chi-square,and the rank sum test of normal distribution is not satisfied.Results:1.The comparison of the curative effect between the two groups before and after treatment:there was no significant difference in the hospitalization of the children. The weight,BMI,ALB and TP,Ca,HGB and PLT of the control group after treatment were all lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?,and those indexes in the observation group after treatment were not significantly different from those before treatment?p>0.05?.The ALB and TP values of the control group and the weight difference,BMI difference,ALB difference and TP difference before and after treatment were significantly lower than those in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?.There was no significant difference in the number of hospitalization days, total hospitalization expenses, the number of rash days and the number of abdominal pain?p>0.05?.2.Hospital nutritional status after one month:Body weight and BMI of control group was decreased, the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?.The difference between the observation group increased, the difference between the control group decreased, there the difference was significant?p<0.05?.Assess the nutritional status of children in two groups:there was no significant difference between two groups before treatment, the proportion discharged after one month marasmus observation group decreased, with increasing proportion of nutrient medium, while the control group to increase the proportion of children with marasmus, nutrition medium reduced the proportion of children, and the difference was statistically significant?p<0.05?.3.ONS analysis on clinical manifestation:There was no significant difference between the two groups of rash recurrence?p>0.05?.The abdominal pain and gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group?p<0.05?.4.The effect of pediatric compound amino acid injection:In comparison, the ALB difference,TP difference,BMI difference and weight difference of A2 and B2 were lower than A1andB1,respectively,andthedifferencewasnotstatistically significant?p>0.05?.Comparisons between groups,to observe propagated difference from A1 to B2,TP difference, difference of BMI value and weight difference were reduced gradually, and propagated difference between A1B1 and TP difference?p<0.05?,the difference between A1B2index p<0.05,TP difference in A2B1 and A2B2,and the difference of BMI value and weight value in A2B2?p<0.05?,the difference was statistically significant. The hospitalization expenses between A1A2 and A2B1 were p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.ONS short term oral administration two weeks can reduce the risk of malnutrition in children with abdominal HSP,and it would be more effective after one month.2.ONS can reduce the incidence of repeated abdominal pain or gastrointestinal dysfunction in children with abdominal HSP,and can not increase the recurrence of rash.3.ONS pretreatment or combined intravenous drip of Pediatric Compound Amino Acid Injection?18AA-1?can significantly improve the nutritional intervention for children with abdominal HSP,but at the same time,it increases the cost of hospitalization.
