Study On The Correlation Between Pulmonary Rehabilitation Instruction And Quality Of Life In Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the pulmonary rehabilitation health education guidance of Xinjiang COPD patients before and after the application of the CAT questionnaire combined with dyspnea index score in the evaluation of the effectiveness of improving the quality of life evaluation of health education to patients with COPD treatment,found and summed up the health education guidance mode of Xinjiang COPD in patients with pulmonary rehabilitation,optimization and promotion.Methods: the study was conducted through a randomized control study method,to Xinjiang COPD patients with pulmonary rehabilitation health education intervention,respectively in the experimental group and the control group in the group after 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks and 16 weeks by CAT questionnaire and dyspnea index score(mMRC)survey and telephone follow-up of their own before and after the control group,the effectiveness of improving the quality of life evaluation of health education to patients with COPD treatment.Results: 1.the main factors affecting the quality of life of COPD patients were lung function,BMI,times of acute exacerbation and so on.2.the relationship between lung function(FEV1%pred)and related indexes was discussed.It was concluded that the CAT score was negatively correlated with lung function(r =-0.365,P = 0.003),indicating that the higher the CAT score,the worse the lung function.The mMRC classification was negatively correlated with FEV1%pred(r=-0.714,P<0.001).The 6MWD classification was positively correlated with FEV1%pred(r=0.589,P<0.001).3.pulmonary rehabilitation training can effectively improve the test group of patients with dyspnea;pulmonary rehabilitation education intervention can have certain improvement on the nutritional status of patients,but no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group had no change in BMI(p>0.05);the two groups of patients with lung function were improved to a certain extent however,no significant difference(p>0.05);pulmonary rehabilitation can improve the patients in the experimental group 6MWT distance;pulmonary rehabilitation education can effectively reduce the CAT score,confirmed pulmonary rehabilitation guidance has a positive significance to enhance thequality of life of the patients was improved.Conclusion: 1.To improve the compliance of COPD patients from the aspects of strengthening the patient's health belief education,standardizing family rehabilitation management,patient's family and social encouragement and support.From 2.health care workers play a role,in the professional training of pulmonary rehabilitation in the management of family lung rehabilitation and strengthening of pulmonary rehabilitation education and publicity and cooperate with medical personnel,pay attention to three aspects were proposed to strengthen the health education guidance mode of Xinjiang COPD patients with pulmonary rehabilitation,can improve the effectiveness and quality of life of pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with COPD.
