Explore The Correlation Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis "Phlegm, Blood Stasis" And Deficiency Syndrome Element

ObjectiveBased on the results of previous studies,"Phlegm,Blood stasis" is a risk factor for the progression of chronic atrophic gastritis to gastric cancer.Ancient people said "Phlegm often causes strange diseases","Long illness produce Blood stasis".Therefore,it is necessary to explore the mechanism of the production of "Phlegm,Blood stasis".Gas lag produce Wet and Phlegm,blocking blood can produce Blood stasis,the evil is made up,its qi will be empty,the production of pathological evils must have the existence of visceral damage.This study uses TCM syndrome differentiation methods.To explore the correlation or intrinsic relationship between the risk factors of "Phlegm,Blood stasis" and deficiency syndrome in the pathological progress of chronic atrophic gastritis from clinical cases,in order to understand the nature of the lesion,it plays a guiding role in clinical syndrome differentiation and medication use.MethodsThis subject chooses to visit our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.90 patients with CAG diagnosis and clinical symptoms are included.Through face-to-face questionnaires,basic data such as gender,age,occupation,place of residence,eating habits,tobacco and alcohol hobbies,and course of disease were investigated,and "four diagnostic" information collections were conducted.Using syndrome element differentiation,using syndrome element differentiation software(Chinese medicine health status identification and consultation system)to obtain evidence data,the distribution of the syndromes of "qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,blood deficiency,and blood stasis" in the "phlegm" syndrome group was obtained,analyze the connection between them;the distribution of the syndromes of "qi deficiency,yang deficiency,yin deficiency,blood deficiency,and phlegm" in the "blood stasis" syndrome group was obtained,analyze the connection between them;analyze the correlation between the "phlegm,blood stasis" syndromes,to summarize the relationship between "Phlegm,Blood stasis" and Deficiency syndrome element in chronic atrophic gastritis.Results1.The middle-aged people accounted for 56.67%,the elderly accounted for 40.00%,and the young people accounted for 3.33%.Among them,males accounted for 58.89%.2.CAG's syndrome elements on disease location mainly consists of stomach,spleen,liver,small intestine,large intestine and kidney,accounting for 86.85%,and also involves heart,gallbladder,lung,heart and so on;The main syndromes elements on disease nature are qi stagnation,dampness,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,phlegm,yin deficiency and phlegm,blood deficiency,accounting for 87.38%.They also involve cold,food,heat,drinking and impotence.3.There was no significant difference in gender and age distribution between chronic atrophic gastritis(phlegm and blood stasis)(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between phlegm and qi deficiency(P<0.05),and the r value was 0.432.There was a positive correlation between phlegm and yang deficiency(P<0.05),and the r value was 0.467.There was a positive correlation between phlegm and yin deficiency(P<0.05),and the r value was 0.434.There was no significant correlation between phlegm and blood deficiency(P>0.05),and the r value was 0.175.There was a positive correlation between blood stasis and qi deficiency(P<0.05),and the r value was 0.417.There was a positive correlation between blood stasis and yang deficiency(P<0.05),and the r value was 0.505.There was a positive correlation between blood stasis and yin deficiency(P<0.05),and the r value was 0.288.There was no significant correlation between blood stasis and blood deficiency(P>0.05),and the r value was 0.012.Among them,phlegm and blood stasis are more significantly related to yang deficiency.4.There was a positive correlation between phlegm and blood stasis(P<0.05),and the r value was 0.485.Conclusion1.The syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis can lead to the production of "Phlegm,Blood stasis",among which "yang deficiency" is the primary.2.phlegm and blood stasis are positively correlated,which can prove them combine with each other.
