The Clinical Observation Of Huangqi Erzhi Wan On The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Qi And Yin Deficiency

ObjectiveBy observing the changes of urinary sediment red blood cell count,24-hour urine protein quantification and TCM symptom score before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Erzhi Wan in treating chronic glomerulonephritis with Qi and Yin deficiency was evaluated.To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for chronic glomerulonephritis of Qi and Yin deficiency,analyze the dialectical thinking of the instructor and the experience of medication,further improve the prescription medication and improve the curative effect.MethodFrom February 2018 to December 2018,73 patients with complete nephrology in the Second People's Hospital of Fujian Province were selected as subjects,all of which met the diagnostic criteria for chronic glomerulonephritis of Qi and Yin deficiency.Simple random numbers were used.The table was divided into observation group(37 cases)and control group(36 cases).In the observation group,Huangqi Erzhi Wan was added and treated under the condition of routine treatment,and the control group was treated with irbesartan tablets under the condition of routine treatment.The treatment period of both groups was 8 weeks.The urinary sediment red blood cell count,24-hour urine protein quantitation,TCM syndrome scores and safety indicators were recorded before and after treatment.The effects of the two treatment methods on the above indicators and clinical symptoms were analyzed statistically.Results1.There were no significant differences in gender,age,duration of disease,TCM symptom scores,urine sediment red blood cell count and 24-hour urine protein quantitative difference between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that there was comparability between the two groups.2.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of chronic glomerulonephritis in the observation group and the control group was 85.71% and 65.71%,respectively.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01),suggesting that the treatment effect was different in the two groups.The effect of the group was significantly better than.3.In terms of medical efficacy,the total effective rate of TCM symptom scores in observation group and control group were 91.43% and 77.14%,respectively.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01),suggesting that the observation group can compare with the control group.Significantly reduce TCM symptom scores.4.After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in reducing the red blood cell count and TCM symptom scores of the urine sediments(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing the 24-hour urine protein quantitation(P>0.05)5.During the observation,no adverse reactions were found in the two groups.There were no obvious abnormal changes in laboratory parameters such as blood routine,liver and kidney function.There was no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions1.Huangqi Erzhi Wan can significantly reduce the urinary sediment red blood cell count and 24-hour urine protein quantitation level in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis of Qi and Yin deficiency,improve clinical efficacy and delay the progression of renal function.2.Huangqi Erzhi Wan can significantly reduce the TCM symptom scores of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis of Qi and Yin deficiency,improve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.3.Huangqi Erzhi Wan addition and subtraction treatment of qi and yin deficiency type chronic glomerulonephritis has no obvious side effects,good safety.4.The instructor used Huang Qi Erzhi Wan to treat and treat chronic glomerulonephritis with deficiency of Qi and Yin.It fully reflects the unique advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
