Clinical Observation Of MEBO In The Treatment Of Postoperative Sore Surface Of Chronic Venous Insufficiency Ulcer Of Humid-heat And Stasis Type

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of MEBO on the wound surface after operation of eczema of damp heat and blood stasis type,and explore different treatment methods for the treatment of eczema to improve the curative effect,so as to alleviate the pain of patients and eliminate the inconvenience caused by chronic ulcer.Methods: 66 cases of sore patients who met the inclusion criteria in the five subjects of the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine were treated by early debridement,anti infection,microcirculation improvement and surgical treatment.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,33 cases in the treatment group received external application of moist exposed burn ointment(MEBO)on ulcer surface,and 33 cases in the control group with Bei Fuxin(Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel).)After 3,7,14,21,28 days,the skin color,growth of new granulation tissue and healing rate of ulcer were observed,wound healing time was recorded,and the efficacy of MEBO in treating ulcer was analyzed.Results: A total of 66 cases were studied.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and ulcer size between the two groups(P > 0.05).The results and analysis are as follows:(1)In the aspect of ulcer color,the score of ulcer color on the 3rd day and 7th day after treatment in the two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05).The score of ulcer color on the 14 th,21st and 28 th day after treatment in the two groups showed significant difference(P < 0.05).It showed that 14 days after treatment,the two groups improved ulcer color of ulcer.The results of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group.(2)In the aspect of new granulation tissue on ulcer surface,the scores of new granulation tissue on ulcer surface of the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after treatment were compared,P > 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups;the scores of new granulation tissue on ulcer surface of the two groups on the 14 th,21st and 28 th day after treatment were compared,P < 0.05,indicating that there was significant difference between the two groups after 14 days of treatment.In terms of improving the new granulation tissue of ulcer,the results of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group.(3)In terms of healing rate of ulcer surface,the healing rate of ulcer surface(%)on the 3rd day,7th day and 14 th day after medication was compared between the two groups,P > 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference between the two groups;the healing rate of ulcer surface(%)on the 21 st day and 28 th day after medication was compared between the two groups,P < 0.05,indicating that the two groups had significant difference in improving ulcer surface of ulcer ulcer after 21 days of medication.The healing rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(4)In terms of ulcer healing time,the rank sum test showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in shortening ulcer healing time.Conclusion: Moist burn ointment can effectively improve the skin color of ulcer,promote granulation growth,accelerate healing rate,shorten healing time and improve clinical efficacy.During the study period,no adverse reactions occurred,and the safety was high.It is worth further promotion and application in clinic.
