Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction On Postoperative Residual Lumbago For Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of yiqi huoxue decoction in the treatment of residual lumbago pain after lumbar disc herniation,the clinical reference was provided for the treatment of residual lumbar back pain after lumbar spine surgery with traditional Chinese medicine and the improvement of lumbar spine function.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent single-segment "lumbar posterior decompression and fusion internal fixation" due to lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 patients in each group according to the random number table method.Preoperative laboratory examinations were completed in both groups,and positive and lateral lumbar X-ray,three-dimensional lumbar CT and MRI examinations were completed.Cardiopulmonary function was evaluated and contraindications were excluded.All the patients were operated by the same surgeon under general anesthesia.The patients in the two groups were given routine postoperative care and symptomatic treatment such as gastric preservation,analgesia and nutritional nerve.Within 48 h after surgery,the drainage tube was removed with bilateral drainage flow less than 50ml/24 h.On the 1st to 3rd day after the operation,the patients were instructed to do double lower limb flexion and extension exercise,and the 4th to 10 th day after the operation,the patients were instructed to do five-point support type lumbar dorsal muscle exercise.On the first day after surgery,patients in the control group were given 1 tablet of loxolofen sodium orally(national drug standard H20030769),3 times a day,one course of treatment for 7 days,and two courses of treatment.In the experimental group,on the basis of the control group,yiqi huoxue decoction was added for oral administration.The traditional Chinese medicine was free of decoction granules and was taken with water,200 ml each time,once in the morning and once in the evening every day for two weeks.VAS scores and JOA scores of the two groups were collected and recorded before surgery,2 weeks after surgery,1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery for comparison.Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of yiqi huoxue decoction on residual lumbago after lumbar disc herniation.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,height,weight,size of intervertebral disc herniation(P >0.05),which was comparable.2.There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and VAS scores at 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after surgery were lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative JOA score compared 3 months,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),two groups of patients with postoperative JOA score at 2 weeks,1 month after comparison,the experimental group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting yiqi huoxue soup can significantly relieve postoperative residual lumbago,lumbar disc prolapse improve lumbar function.Conclusion: Yiqi huoxue decoction can alleviate the early postoperative residual lumbago symptoms of lumbar disc herniation,promote postoperative rehabilitation,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
