BackgroundWith the aging of the population,the incidence of cancer is increasing,and medical staff are no longer limited to the reduction and elimination of tumors in the treatment of cancer,but also pay more attention to the improvement of patients' quality of life.There are many factors affecting the quality of life of patients.Among them,cancer-related fatigue(CRF)is an important problem in most cancer patients,and its attention is also increasing year by year.PurposeThrough the literature study on the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue caused by Chinese medicine for strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney,and summarizing the methods of meta-analysis,the effect of the spleen and kidney-reinforcing method on the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue was explored,and the treatment of cancer-related fatigue in patients with cancer was provided.Evidence-based medicine.At the same time,sum up Professor yanguizhen's experience in treating this disease,in order to better inherit the experience of famous Chinese medicine practitioners and improve clinical efficacy.MethodsThe computer researched the Chongqing Weipu Full-text Database,China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,and PubmMed on the clinical research literature on traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen Chinese medicine for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.The search date was from January 1,2000 to December 31,2018.Meta analysis was performed using stata 12.0 and RevMan 5.2 software.Results1.In the total effective rate of treatment of spleen and kidney-reinforcing Chinese medicine for the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue and fatigue,the total effective rate comparison showed that the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant: RR = 1.95,95% CI [1.62,2.35],P <0.00001.RD = 0.36,95% CI [0.28,0.45],P < 0.00001.In the meta-analysis of the efficacy of Jianpi Yishen Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue and fatigue,the comparison of the effective rate suggests that the treatment group is higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant: RR = 2.63,95% CI [1.85,3.74],P <0.00001.RD = 0.21,95% CI [0.06,0.36],P = 0.006.There was no significant difference in the effective/stability rate of the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue in patients with spleen and kidney disease: RR=1.50,95% CI [0.94,2.41],P=0.09,RD=0.13,95% CI [-0.02,0.28],P=0.08.2.In the meta-analysis of spleen and kidney-reinforcing Chinese medicine to treat cancer-induced fatigue and improve quality of life,the effective comparison showed that the treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant: RR = 1.46,95% CI [1.27,1.67],P <0.00001.RD = 0.26,95% CI [0.18,0.35],P < 0.00001.3.In the meta-analysis of the spleen and kidney-reducing Chinese medicine for the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue,the results of the total score,behavioral dimension score,sensory dimension score,and cognitive behavior score showed that the treatment group was lower than the control group.Statistically significant: SMD total score =-1.04,95% CI [-1.23,-0.84],P < 0.00001;SMD behavior dimension =-1.54,95% CI [-2.09,-0.99],P <0.00001;SMD Sensory dimension =-0.95,95% CI [-1.36,-0.55],P <0.00001;SMD cognitive dimension =-1.13,95% CI [-1.64,-0.63],P < 0.0001.The score of the psychometric dimension of the piper scale was greater than 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant: SMD=-0.58,95% CI [-1.28,0.11],P=0.10.4.In the meta-analysis of the Chinese medicine for spleen and tonifying kidney for the treatment of cancer-induced fatigue,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,NK values were higher in the treatment group than in the control group,and the CD8+ treatment group was lower than the control group,and the results were all has statistical significane.The specific results are as follows: SMD(CD3+)= 0.87,95% CI [0.59,1.14],P < 0.00001;SMD(CD4+)= 1.10,95% CI [0.50,1.67],P = 0.0002;SMD(CD8+)=-0.55,95% CI [-1.09,-0.02],P=0.04;SMD(CD4+/CD8+)=0.99,95% CI [0.46,1.53],P=0.0002;SMD(NK)=1.03,95% CI [ 0.53,1.54],P < 0.00001.5.In the meta-analysis of spleen and kidney-reinforcing Chinese medicine for the treatment of leukocyte and hemoglobin in patients with cancer-induced fatigue,there was no significant difference between the hemoglobin and leukocyte test groups before and after treatment: hemoglobin: SMD = 1.31,95% CI [-0.05,2.66],P = 0.06);white blood cells: SMD = 0.64,95% CI [-0.13,1.42],P = 0.11.ConclusionChinese medicine for strengthening the spleen and tonifying kidney has effects on improving the degree of fatigue,quality of life and immune function of patients with cancer-induced fatigue.The effect of improving the emotional dimension of fatigue,white blood cells,and hemoglobin is not clear. |
