Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Dysphagia After Stroke With Tongue Three Needle Combined With Yifeng Through Larynx

Objective: To observe the effect of Tongue Three Acupuncture combined with Yifeng penetrating Dysphagia after stroke,and to analyze the clinical effect of Tongue Three Acupuncture combined with Yifeng penetrating Dysphagia after stroke.Methods: 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation gro up and control group by random control method.There were 40 cases in each group,and the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment,swallowing rehabil itation treatment and conventional medical treatment.On the basis of the control grou p,the observation group was treated with Tongue Three Acupuncture combined with Yifeng.Once a day,6 days a week,1 course a week,4 courses of continuous treatm ent.The changes of GUSS swallowing function evaluation scale and Evaluation of wa ter swallowing test before and after treatment were observed.The swallowing ability o f the patients was evaluated with Gugging Swallowing Screen(GUSS).The data obtai ned were statistically analyzed.Result: 1.Baseline study: There was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the observation group in age,gender,duration of treatment,stroke type,etc.(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Efficacy study: A total of 80 patients in the two groups completed the treatment.After 4 courses of treatment,the scores of Evaluation of water swallowing test in the two groups were improved compared with before.Chi-square test was used for compa rison between the two groups,and the results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Indi cating that the efficacy of Tongue Three Acupuncture combined with Yifeng was bette r than that of conventional acupuncture.The scores of GUSS in the two groups increas ed compared with that before,and the Rank and inspection was used for the comparis on,and the results was statistically significant(P<0.01).Indicating that the effect of Ton gue Three needle combination and Yifeng was better than that of conventional acupun cture for patients with swallowing disorder after stroke.3.Safety: No adverse reactions occurred during the study.Conclusion: Tongue Three needle acupuncture combined with Yifeng can effectively i mprove the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke,and this treat ment is better than conventional therapy.
