Objectives Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is a serious type of coronary heart disease, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients, leading to a series of psychological problems, resulting in "psychology syndrome" such as anxiety and depression. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of mobile Internet-based interventions in the early identification, early warning, and intervention of psychological problems in patients with acute coronary syndromes. Methods In this study,112 patients with ACS from January 1,2017 to December 31,2017 in Zhejiang People's Hospital were selected. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table. The control group was given regular outpatient interviews, telephone interviews, mailing questionnaires and so on.In the same way,the observation group used the mobile Internet platform to conduct psychological intervention on ACS patients efficiently and quickly. All patients were assessed with Self-assessment Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-assessment Depression Scale(SDS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)on the day of admission and 6 months after discharge. Results The results showed that the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).Compare with the control group, the HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.01),and the HAMA scores was significantly lower(P<0.05).The SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the SDS scores were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).The SAS scores of the control group had no significant change compared with that before treatment, and the SDS scores were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).According to the PSQI score table, the sleep duration, sleep efficiency, and daytime dysfunction scores were significantly lower in the observation group after treatment than pre-treatment(P<0.05).While there were higher tends with all the dimensions of PSQI except daytime dysfunction.Compared with the scores of PSQI in the control group, the sleep duration scores in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the sleep efficiency score was significantly lower(P<0.01).Conclusions Traditional interventions and interventions based on mobile internet platforms could significantly improve anxiety and depression in ACS patients, while interventions using mobile Internet platforms were more effective.Traditional interventions could not improve sleep status and quality of life in ACS patients.Based on traditional interventions, applying mobile Internet intervention therapy could significantly improve the sleep situation and improve the quality of the life of patients.
