At present,China's aging and aging are becoming more and more serious, and the number of elderly people is increasing. The issue of raising and nursing has become the focus of the country and scholars.Due to the influence of traditional ideas, family care has always dominated. The family planning policy implemented by the state in the 1970 s and 1980 s caused a serious phenomenon of minority births. This makes it necessary for a couple to raise four elderly people.Plus, the pressure on young people today is very high, and there is not much time to care for the elderly. This challenges traditional home care,so formal care in society, especially community home care,is becoming more and more important. Therefore,we need to study what factors can encourage the old people to choose social formal care,so that a group of elderly people can no longer stick to the choice of traditional informal care can also enjoy their old age, making the elderly care situation in China more reasonable. This article explores whether it can positively influence the elderly's choice of formal social care from the perspective of community medical resources. This article uses the 2014 data published by the China Family Dynamics Tracking Survey(CFPS).First, select elderly people aged 60 and above who have nursing needs, and divide the nursing methods into social formal care, spousal informal care, informal care for children, and other informal care for relatives and friends.Using the disordered multi-classified logistic model, community medical resources are the key independent variables. It is measured by the number of medical institutions per capita(per thousand people),the maximum medical area per capita in the community, and the number of health workers per capita(per 100 people). At the same time, add a series of control variables such as gender, age, spouse status, years of schooling, whether to participate in endowment insurance, whether to participate in medical insurance, whether the spouse is living at home, whether there is a son, whether there is a daughter, whether the child is living at home, etc. Finally, regression analysis was conducted on the choice of nursing methods for the elderly. The specific conclusions are: First, informal care occupies a highly unreasonably high proportion. In the entire effective sample of this article, the vast majority of the elderly have chosen informal care, and only 42 samples of formal nursing care have been selected, accounting for only 0.84% of the total sample. This extreme proportion gap also indicates the elderly in China. The irrational status quo of nursing,in the face of increasing aging, declining birth, and aging, the care of the elderly is not solved by the informal care provided by the family. In the long run,it will only cause negative impacts on children's burdens and waste social resources;Second, the supply of community medical services is insufficient. The medical resources in the community where the old people are located are actually scarce and unevenly distributed.Even a large number of the communities where the elderly are located do not have medical institutions or medical and health personnel at all,but they use them in the most convenient communities when they have medical needs. No corresponding resources cannot enjoy the corresponding services, which is bound to have a certain impact on their consideration of the choice of care;Third, community medical resources have a significant positive impact on the choice of social formal care for the elderly. When the maximum per capita medical point area in the community is larger, the elderly may be more inclined to choose formal social care than informal care for spouse care;Fourth, the impact of various control variables on the choice of care methods for the elderly.Male elderly people who have spouses and who live with their spouse who are living in medical insurance are more inclined to choose informal care for their spouses.Older elderly people who have children with their children and whose children live at home are more inclined to choose informal care for their children. The elderly who are educated are more inclined to choose social formal care.In combination, the educational situation may become another breakthrough point for improving the proportion of formal nursing in the future. Therefore, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on the above research results: First, highlight the concept of ?per capita? and improve the supply of community medical services;Second, vigorously develop community home care, integrate medical and old-age resources, and truly achieve ?health-care combination?;Third, attach importance to the popularization of the education and culture of the elderly and the young people present;Fourth, the role of the old-age care institutions cannot be ignored, and the government strengthens supervision;Fifth, strengthen the care for unattended elderly people. It aims to rationally allocate old-age medical care resources and improve the quality of life of the elderly in China's current national conditions, and truly achieve healthy aging in the wave of silver.
