Data Assets Valuation For Medical Information Service Enterprise

With the increasingly severe problems such as lower fertility rate and aging population,the issue of medical construction has become the focus of social attention.To solve the medical problem,the state has launched a new round of medical reform.Since the new round of medical reform policy in 2009,medical and health system reform framework continues to play an important role as one of the “eight pillars” that promotes the in-depth development of reforms.The huge endogenous demand,the support of national policies and the cooperation of Internet companies have promoted the growth of the medical information service industry,and also promoted the economic activities of investment,mergers and listings of enterprises in the industry.This series of economic activities needs objective and fair Corporate value assessment that is an important foundation for its development.At the same time,Internet giants Ali and Tencent respectively invested in the leading companies of medical information service,Weining Health and Donghua Software,which attracted strong attention from the capital market.Behind this series of measures,it is precisely to obtain the original accumulation of these enterprises.Data assets indicates that the data assets owned by medical information service enterprises have great strategic value.But there is still no relevant research on the analysis and quantitative evaluation of their value.How to analyze and evaluate enterprise data assets becomes the current academic and practical field.Based on the above background,data assets of medical information service enterprises are selected as the research object,and we analyze a series of problems encountered in the process of quantitative evaluation of enterprise data assets from the perspective of researching the enterprise value contribution of enterprise data assets.Firstly,the thesis on enterprise value assessment,data asset evaluation and Monte Carlo simulation application is briefly summarized in this paper,and we explore how to construct the enterprise data asset evaluation framework and the choice of specific methods,which lays a theoretical foundation for the later development.Secondly,according to the definition and characteristics of enterprise data assets and medical big data,the composition,characteristics and value sources of medical information service enterprise data assets are summarized.At the same time,according to the life cycle characteristics of medical information service enterprises,the application of different enterprise value evaluation methods is discussed.Thirdly,this paper constructs the enterprise data asset evaluation system,and Monte Carlo simulation method is used to optimize the income method and expert scoring method,which reduces the error caused by uncertainty and subjectivity in the traditional method.Finally,combined with the case analysis of Weining Health Enterprise Data Asset Evaluation,the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation method are verified.The theoretical significance of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects: First,it analyzes the connotation of enterprise data assets,and sorts out the composition,characteristics and value sources of medical information service enterprise data assets.Second,the application of Monte Carlo simulation to the income forecasting.The improvement of the law and the expert scoring method provides new ideas for the evaluation of the value of such enterprises and their data assets.The practical significance of this paper is to provide a relatively complete evaluation idea for the pricing of enterprise data assets,and provide some reference for the practical operation of enterprise data asset evaluation.
