| The genus Saussurea?Compositae?,which consists of about 400 species,is distributed naturally throughout Asia and Europe.More than 300 species were discovered in China.The genus Saussure widely distributed in Northeastern,Northwest mountain and north regions of China.More than 10 of them are used as traditional Chinese medicines.Several types of compounds,including sequiterpenes,triterpenoids,flavonoids,lignans and phenolic compounds have been reported as the most wide spread constituents isolated for genus Saussurea.Such components have the biological activity of anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-aging,improve the cardiovascular system,etc.In this thesis,a systematic chemical composition study was carried out on the whole plant of Saussurea graminea collected from Kangding county,Sichuan Provience.The whole plant of Saussurea graminea were extracted by Ethanol,and 16compounds were isolated and purified by siliica gel column chromatography?CC?,sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,Preparative thin layer chromatgraphy?PTLC?,recrystallization and so on from the ethanol extracts.The structures of the compounds were identified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and comparison with standard in TLC,and 12 compounds were identified,which were glutinol?1?,lupeol?2?,eicosyl ferulatedocosyl?3?,docosyl ferulate?4?,?-sitosterol?5?,3?-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid?6?,octadecanoyl caffeate?7?,?22E?-5?,8?-epidioxy-ergosta-6,22-dien-3?-ol?8?,stigmastane-3,6-dione?9?,formadienoate-B?10?,4-hydroxy-benzoic acid?11?,scopoletin?12?.All the compounds were isolated from Saussurea graminea for the first time. |
