Study On The Internet Public Opinion Guidance Strategies Of Public Hospitals In Minority Areas

Recent years,With the rapid development of network and computer information technology,interactive communication methods such as website,microblog,WeChat,QQ and chattering sound have been deeply rooted in the daily life of the common people,with a wide audience and great information uncertainty.It has formed a new social public opinion pattern.This thesis mainly analyzes and research deeply through the current situation,characteristics and influence of online public opinions on public hospitals in minority areas under the current Internet environment.Take People's hospital of buyi and miao autonomous prefecture in southern guizhou as the research object,and take "A 54-year-old man unexpectedly became pregnant?",the two typical cases of "Chen da-xiong's death dispute" in the same year as the entry points.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of online public opinion guidance strategies in public hospitals in minority areas,and then puts forward a series of optimization suggestions for online public opinion guidancestrategies in public hospitals in minority areas.It includes: strengthen the awareness of network public opinion guidance,strengthen the network public opinion early warning mechanism,innovate the network public opinion guidance method and strengthen the network public opinion after-care evaluation mechanism,etc.Through the research on the guidance strategy of public hospital network public opinion,we can better guide public opinion,establish a good trust relationship between the hospital and the public,lead a good trend of public opinion,and protect the interests of both doctors and patients.This thesis composed with 6 parts,firstly introduce the title background,research meaning,the methods of research.The second part elaborates the basic concepts of network public opinion,public opinion guidance,public hospital network public opinion and network public opinion in ethnic minority areas,and takes agenda setting theory,crisis management theory,opinion leader concept and image restoration theory as tools to grasp the research direction and establish the theoretical foundation.The third part analyzes the current situation of online public opinions in public hospitals in minority areas,and clarifies the background,characteristics and influence of online public opinions in public hospitals in minority areas.The fourth part states the empirical cases through the analysis of two typical cases of people's hospital of buyi and miao autonomous prefecture in southern guizhou,it summarizesand extracts the existing problems and reasons of online public opinion guidance strategies of public hospitals in minority areas.The fifth part generalizes the feasible guiding strategies of hospitals in the management of medical network public opinions,make the research can play a guiding role in practice.The last part certifies the final conclusion and states the advices.
