Objective: To compare and analyze the short-term clinical curative effect and advantages and disadvantages of transforaminal endoscopy and Quadrant channel "small fenestration" in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 106 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled.56 of them underwent open-hole mirror-assisted therapy(group A)and 50 underwent "small fenestration" of Quadrant channel lamina(group B).The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, complications,VAS score and JOA score were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in Preoperative VAS score and JOA score between the two groups(P> 0.05),intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative hospital stay,VAS score and JOA score were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the "small fenestration" between Q uadrant channel laminectomy, transforaminal endoscopic treatment of lumbar disc herniation is less traumatic, less intraoperative bleeding, shorter postoperative hospital stay, faster recovery, the recent clinical efficacy and other advantages,Is a safe and effective and more minimally invasive surgical methods, but the learning curve is steep, surgical indications should be strictly controlled.
