Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common disease of the spine, which affects the health of people. There are a lot of conventional surgical treatments, such as semi-laminectomy,total-laminectomy,and fenestration discectomy, but the posterior structure of the vertebral body is broken because of the injury to the para-vertebral muscles and ligaments during the operation, and the postoperative effect of the patients is poor after the operation. In recent decades, minimally invasive techniques for spinal surgery have developed in an all-round way.Minimally invasive surgery of the spine has gradually become the mainstream surgical method for the treatment of LDH.There have been many reports that minimally invasive surgery for LDH has achieved excellent results, whether PTED or Quadrant minimally invasive channel system. On the basis of the systematic summary of these achievements, this paper briefly reviews the two methods of operation in order to provide further reference for the treatment of the LDH. |
