Research On The Internal Control Of Y Public Hospital

Internal control is an important management means which ensure the business activities of the unit function well and ensure the unit to achieve sustainable development.It plays an important role in the process of controlling and preventing business risks and financial risks.However,many managers of public hospitals do not realize the importance of internal control.In many hospitals,the internal control system is not sound,lacking of scientific nature,consistency and timeliness.Some hospital managers even abuse their powers and commit corruption,leading to chaotic hospital management,serious resource waste and brain drain,thus affecting the efficiency of the hospital.This paper aims to explore the optimization of the hospital's internal control system hoping to achieve the goal of improving the overall management level of the hospitals.Firstly,the theoretical knowledge of internal control in public hospitals is sorted out by referring to and learning relevant literature.Secondly,the internal control system of Y public hospital was deeply understood through questionnaire analysis,investigation and visit.Thirdly,through the analysis of Y public hospital found in present situation of internal control problems,analyze problems of the hospital at the unit level and business level,and take suggestions to optimize the internal control system construction from the two aspects of Y public hospital,making the hospital management level improved,allowing them to better integrate hospital resources,guard against operational risks,while ensuring hospital efficiency on the basis of more highlights the public welfare,creating a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,improve hospital satisfaction.
