After the improvement of material living standards,the population is getting older and older,and people’s requirements for the level of public health services are getting higher and higher.In order to put this work into practice,the government has continuously invested various capital in medical and health undertakings,at the same time,it has also introduced the theory of internal control to strengthen the internal management of hospitals,find and deal with the loopholes first,so as to continuously improve the level of medical services,so as to meet the needs of the people.However,at this stage,the construction of internal control system in public hospitals in China is still in its infancy.At the same time,the deficiencies of the current internal control system are obvious.The designed internal control system is not reasonable enough and needs further improvement.Based on the basic internal theory at the present stage,and combined with the current business characteristics of public hospitals in China,we specialize in the internal control of Z hospital.Firstly,it discusses the research environment and the value of research,expounds the characteristics of public hospitals in China,and expounds the internal control theory of administrative institutions.Then it elaborates the current status of Z hospital and the current internal control system,focusing on finding out its shortcomings,and guided by "Standards for Internal Control of Administrative Institutions",from the perspective of "Standards for Internal Control of Administrative Institutions".In order to improve the internal control system of Z hospital from the aspects of unit level and business level,a new system suitable for Z hospital was designed.Thirdly,according to the previous analysis,the implementation of the internal control system with perfect safeguard measures finds its shortcomings and defects,and constantly improves them.Finally,based on the management level of the unit and the improvement of the medical and health level of Z hospital,the conclusions and deficiencies are put forward.
