Objective: To study the significance of changes in dimer levels of CA125 and D-dimer in targeted therapy,short-term efficacy determination and prognosis prediction of advanced lung cancer with targeted therapy. Methods: Fifty patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma with EGFR mutation admitted to the oncology department of Shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected, and all patients received EGFR-TKI treatment.Collect the patient's general information, records of patients serum CA125 and D-dimer testing results,by pathography access and telephone follow-up,patients with statistical progression-free surial(PFS),analysis of CA125,D-dimer level relation with the recent curative effect, compare different CA125,D-dimer level of patients with PFS differences, discusses the significance of combined detection. Results: Among the 50 patients, the optimal tangent point of D-dimer was 279.50,and the level of D dimer was significantly decreased in the patients whose short-term efficacy was evaluated as PR(P < 0.05).COX regression analysis showed that elevated D-dimer,low differentiation and smoking were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients.Among the 25 patients, the optimal cutoff point of CA125 was 25.45.In the patients whose short-term efficacy was evaluated as PR and SD,the level of CA125 significantly decreased(P < 0.05),while that of PD significantly increased(P < 0.05).COX regression analysis showed that increased CA125 and smoking were independent prognostic risk factors.Compared with the single index and the normal patients, the progression-free survival period was significantly shortened(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Changes in the levels of CA125 and D-dimer can be used to evaluate the short-term efficacy of targeted therapy for advanced lung adenocarcinoma, which is closely related to patients' PFS.The combined detection of CA125 and D-dimer is more accurate in predicting the prognosis of patients.
