Objective: Objective: Analyze the effect of the levels of D-dimer and CRP on therapy of advanced breast cancer in the process of targeted therapy. Methods: In this study,50 cases with advanced HER-2 positive breast cancer and Trastuzumab treatment were collected, which were admitted by the oncology department of Shengjing hospital from January 2016 to October 2018.The prognosis and progression-free survival(PFS)of patients were recorded by telephone follow-up and consulting pathography, and their correlation with the levels of D-dimer and CRP was analyzed.By means of comparing the prognosis and PFS with different levels of D-dimer and CRP,the feasibility of joint detection of CRP and D-dimer was discussed. Results: It was found that the patients with normal D-dimer level has a better prognosis than patients with increased D-dimer level, and the D-dimer level of patients with PR prognosis was decreased significantly(P < 0.05).The patients with normal CRP has a longer PFS than patients with increased CRP.CRP level of patients with PR and SD prognosis was decreased significantly(P < 0.05),but the CRP level of patients with PD prognosis was increased significantly(P < 0.05).The analysis results showed that joint detection of CRP and D-dimer can improve the accuracy of predicting the prognosis of HER-2 advanced breast cancer. Conclusion: The levels of CRP and D-Dimer are closely related with the prognosis of HER-2 advanced breast cancer.Joint detection of CRP and D-dimer can improve the accuracy of predicting the prognosis.
