Objective: Benign breast neoplasms are multiple diseases in women.Surgery is a common treatment method.Mammotome minimally invasive surgery is a common form of minimally invasive surgery for pathological biopsy and surgical resection.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of psychological intervention on anxiety,depression,phobia,compulsion,interpersonal relationship and paranoid ideation as to guide the clinical work in the future.Methods:126 patients were randomly divided into intervention group(n = 65)and control group(n = 61).The control group carried out routine preoperative education in breast surgery,the intervention group carried out systematic and complete psychological intervention on the basis of the control group,including preoperative cognitive regulation,behavioral regulation,psychological adjustment on the day of operation,and propaganda and education two days after operation.The patients in both groups were evaluated with symptom Checklist(scl-90)before operation and two days after operation.Results: There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression score between the two groups before operation(p > 0.05),but there was significant difference in anxiety and depression factor scores between the two groups on the day of operation and two days after operation(p < 0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were higher than those in the positive group(2 points)before operation and on the day of operation.There was no significant difference in paranoid,compulsive,interpersonal and phobic factors before operation,on the day of operation and two days after operation(p > 0.05).he obsessive-compulsive factor was significantly higher than the positive score(2 points)on the day of operation and two days after the operation,and the paranoid ideation factor score of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the positive score(2 points)before operation and two days after operation,but lower than the positive score(2 points)on the day of operation and two days after operation.The obsessive-compulsive mood was higher before and on the day of operation,and the paranoid mood was higher before operation.Conclusion: The stage psychological intervention can improve the anxiety and depression of the patients during the period of Mammotome minimally invasive surgery,but dose not in compulsion,terror,paranoia,interpersonal factors.In addition,the obsessive-compulsive mood was higher before and on the day of operation,and the paranoid mood was higher before the operation.
