Objective: To study the influencing factors of visuospatial function in patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria for AD formulated by NINCDS-ADRDA in 1984 and revised by the national institute on aging and Alzheimer's association in 2011,a total of 637 patients with AD who visited the department of neurology of the first affiliated hospital of China medical university from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected.EXCEL software was used to collect and sort out data,SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of data,T test was used for comparison of all measurement data, and chi-square test was used for comparison of all counting data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results : 1.The proportion of visualspatial disorders in all patients with Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)(20-26,10-19,0-9)was 26.54%,75.74% and 93.10%,respectively.The proportion of patients with visualspatial disorders with a total score of 20-25,10-19 and 0-9 in the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MOCA)was38.46%,65.52% and 93.75%,respectively.2.In the two scales, the differences in gender, age and education level corresponding to different scores in the visual space were compared by T test, and P>0.05 was obtained, with no statistical significance.3.In the MMSE scale, the differences in immediate memory, delayed recall, attention and comprehension corresponding to different scores in the visual space were compared using the c2 test, and P>0.05 was obtained, with no statistical significance. In the MOCA scale, the differences in attention and delayed memory corresponding to different scores in the visual space were compared by using c2 test, and P>0.05 was obtained, with no statistical significance. Conclusion: 1.With the aggravation of dementia, the proportion of patients with dementia with visual space disorders gradually increased;2.For AD patients with a total score of 20-26 in the MMSE scale, the completion of the replication pentagonal task has nothing to do with gender, age, education level, immediate memory, delayed recall, attention and comprehension in the MMSE scale;3.For AD patients with a total score of 20-25 in the MOCA scale, the completion of the replication cube task has nothing to do with gender, age, education level, attention and delayed memory in the MOCA scale.4.Patients with mild dementia may still have obvious visuospatial disorders, indicating that obvious posterior brain involvement may occur in patients with early AD.
