Design And Implementation Of Hospital High Value Consumables Management System Based On SPD Model

The application of high value consumables in clinic is more and more widely with the development of health care and the constant improvement of health service level in China.Traditional hospital consumable supply management is difficult to meet the needs of current medical development,resulting in many management problems such as backward management mode,serious lack of supervision,low informatization,high cost and low efficiency.On the basis of investigation of medical consumables management mode at home and abroad,this paper,analyzed the SPD model for management of medical high value consumables,used the entropy weight method and the VIKOR method to build the high value consumables supplier evaluation strategy,used exponential smoothing method to construct the reasonable inventory control and procurement strategy in view of the practical problems existing in the management process of supplier evaluation,unreasonable inventory management and uncertain demand,which realized the optimization of each link.This paper firstly studied the management mode of medical consumables at home and abroad,and introduced the theory of supplier management and inventory management.Then it analyzed the system business objectives,system user classification,system functionality and security requirements of the high value consumables management system.The system design part designed the main business of the system through UML activity diagram,and gave the design of the system entity relationship model and database table.The implementation of the system was based on SSM development framework and oriented to B/S architecture.This paper implemented the supplier management,inventory management and order push management in SPD and gave algorithmic description of order push management.The black box test was adopted to test the three parts ofSPD,and the test results were given.The test results showed that the hospital high value consumables management system designed and implemented in this paper could meet the business requirements of hospital high value consumables management,improved the efficiency of high value consumables management,and achieved the predetermined design objectives.
