The pharmaceutical industry in China has developed rapidly since entering the 21 st century,and the pharmaceutical patented technology is playing an increasingly important role in the construction of the pharmaceutical industry.Patent,as a special intangible asset,can be used for various financial activities such as patent mortgage,transfer,credit and so on.Pharmaceutical patent rights are also being traded frequently,and the scope and scale involved in them are constantly expanding.The value of the patent has to be evaluated in the transaction.Patent right,as an intangible asset,is different from tangible assets.There is no clear data to support it.Therefore,traditional evaluation methods cannot accurately evaluate the value of pharmaceutical patent rights.How to evaluate the value of pharmaceutical patent rights scientifically and reasonably have become an important problem in the pharmaceutical industry.This paper adopts case analysis and comparative analysis.First of all,the relevant literature is studied,and it is found that the income method is more suitable for patent value evaluation.At the same time,the value of patent is affected by many factors,including technical factors,market factors,legal factors and risk factors.In combination with the specific case of the valuation of R cell therapy technology of HF Biopharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,this paper finds that there are shortcomings in the evaluation of patent rights under the traditional income method,including that the determination of revenue sharing rate is too subjective and the value basis of enterprise specific risk adjustment coefficient in the discount rate is not sufficient.Based on the above two deficiencies,this paper combined the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.The nine-level scaling method is used to compare each influencing factor pairwise,construct the judgment matrix,calculate the weight vector and make the consistency test.Finally,the subjective weight of each influencing factor is determined by the hierarchical total ordering.The entropy value of each influencing factor is calculated through the judgment matrix,so as to determine the entropy weight,namely the objective weight of each influencing factor.Combining the subjective and objective weight,the comprehensive weight of each influencing factor is obtained.Such a definite evaluation result can reduce the subjective influence of evaluators to a certain extent and make the evaluation result more reasonable.The final improvement results show that the evaluation value of the improved income method is higher than that of the traditional income method.The difference between the two to some extent is mainly due to the combination of subjective and objective requirements when determining the income sharing rate and the consideration of specific risk factors of the enterprise when determining the discount rate.In conclusion,it is more reasonable to apply the improved income method to evaluate the R cell patent technology.Meanwhile,it provides an idea for the future patent value evaluation.
