| Background:Helicobacter pylori(Hp),a bacteria that lives in the stomach wall,is the only species of microorganism that has been known to survive in the stomach,and has a strong relationship with chronic gastritis,digestive ulcers,and even stomach cancer.The discovery of Hp is a revolution in digestive diseases,which has caused great changes in the cognition,treatment and concept of stomach diseases.At present,the standard treatment plan for eradication of Hp mainly includes triplex,quadruple,sequential therapy,etc.However;due to the increasingly serious problem of drug resistance,the Hp eradication rate gradually decreases,and it is urgent to explore the new method of Hp treatment.Preliminary studies show that there is a link between Hp infection and the physical constitution of Chinese medicine,and there are differences in the treatment of people with different TCM patients after the infection of Hp,and it has some degree of psychological changes,but not the control studies of large samples.This is a study of the physical and psychological state of Chinese medicine in the form of a questionnaire,to analyze the distribution of both Hp and non-hp and the distribution of the physical and mental state of the Chinese medicine,and to provide a reference to the individualized treatment of TCM and psychological guidance that are suitable for Hp infection.Objective:This study preliminarily discusses the susceptibility of different TCM patients to Hp,reveals the psychological state of Hp infection,and discusses the correlation between Hp infection,TCM constitution and mental state.Methods:In this study,156 patients with Hp infection who were admitted to the gastroenterology department of dongzhimen hospital were included in the observation group and 131 patients with non-Hp infection as the control group.The questionnaire survey was conducted on the physical and mental state of TCM constitution classification and decision table and SCL-90 respectively,and the data were collected,recorded and analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software.Results:(1)Of the 287 subjects in the survey,there were 41 cases of gentle constitution and 246 of biased constitution.According to the distribution of TCM constitution,the composition of phlegm in Hp infection group was the highest,28.2%,followed by Yang-deficient(16.0%)and Qi-depression(15.4%),and compared with the control group,the composition of the other TCM constitution types were higher than that of the control group.According to the score of constitution type,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.(2)Compared with the control group,the score of depression in SCL-90 was higher than that in the control group.(3)The number is 140 that the factors scored by SCL-90 are lower than those of Chinese adults,including composition than in the top three in turn is gentle constitution(27.14%),and Yang-deficient(26.43%),phlegm-damp(20.00%),combined with overall consideration together,and the peace quality account for 92.68%of the total.(4)Its ranking that the SCL-90 factor score was higher than the norm was somatization symptom(100 cases),anxiety(74 cases),forced symptom(68 cases),depression(66 cases),psychotic(63 cases),hostility(49 cases),terror(45 cases),interpersonal relationship(37cases),paranoid(33 cases).And the composition of Qi-depression was highest in each factor of SCL-90,among which the proportion of the terror types was the highest,46.67%,followed by interpersonal relationship,40.54%.Conclusion:1.The distribution of TCM constitution in Hp infected patients was mainly biased constitution,in which phlegm-damp was more common.2.The majority of Hp infected patients have psychological problems,among which depression type is more common.3.The normal psychological groups are more person of gentle constitution,followed by Yang-deficient,and the people with Qi-deficient are more abnormal in terms of mental states,and generally have a variety of abnormal psychology. |
