Analysis Of Metabolic Characteristics And Complication In Hyperthyroidism And Research Of Iodine 131 Curative Effect And Influencing Factors

Purpose: 1,To summarize and analyze the characteristics of glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism and bone metabolism among 116 patients with hyperthyroidism;2,To investigate the complications of hyperthyroidism associated ophthalmopathy,hyperthyroid heart disease,liver function damage,leukocyte reduction and periodic paralysis in 116 patients with hyperthyroidism;3,Evaluating the efficiency of iodine 131 treatment 4,Following up 116 cases of hyperthyroidism patients received iodine 131 treatment,and analyze the various factors contributing to the prediction of hypothyroidism 5,Dividing patients into several groups by age,gender,etiology,etc.compare the efficiency of iodine 131 treatment.Method: 116 patients of hyperthyroidism were seclected,who accepted iodine 131 for the first time from July 2014 to August 2015 in Shanghai genernal Hospital Before hospitalization,patients were asked not to take food or drugs which may affect the thyroid to ingest iodine 131;After inquiry for detailed medical history,physical examination and related auxiliary examination and consultation of nuclear medicine,the dose would be determined,The medical records of patients were recorded,collated and analyzed statistically.Result:Patients with hyperthyroidism had an increased incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism,blood lipid disorders,bone metabolic disorders.Complications of hyperthyroidism such as hyperthyroidism heart disease,thyroid associated eye disease,liver damage,leukopenia and cyclical paralysis,seriously decreased the life quality of patients.Among the influencing factors,2-hours low iodine intake,oral much iodine 131 and Hashimoto hyperthyroidism contributed to early hypothyroidism;older and low level of hyperthyroidism patients may suffer from late hypothyroidism.In this study,the overall effective rate was 76.73% when curring 116 patients with hyperthyroidism.The cure rate,effective rate,recurrence rate,hypothyroid rate and inefficiency rate were 36.21%,40.52%,6.03%,15.52% and 1.72% respectively.In the young group,the curative effect was better than that of the old group,and the previous treatment of ATD had no significant effect on the curative effect,and the overall curative effect of Graves disease and Hashimoto hyperthyroidism was no significant difference.Conclusion: When treating hyperthyroidism,assessment of the various metabolic indicators and complications of patients should be under consideration with early intervention and treatment;As a safe,effective and economical treatment,radioactive iodine 131 can be preferred to cure adult hyperthyroidism.According to the different characteristics of patients,the individual dose and individual treatment program should be determined which have the great significance.
