Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of serum Hcy,CEA and CA199 in colorectal cancer and its correlation with different stages. Methods:From January 2017 to July 2018,80 patients with colorectal cancer and 80 healthy subjects were enrolled in the first Hospital of Lanzhou University.the levels of serum Hcy,CEA and CA199 were compared between the two groups. To analyze the relationship between the markers and different clinicopathological parameters of colorectal cancer and its diagnostic efficacy. Results:Hcy,CEA and CA199 were associated with colorectal cancer with different clinicopathological parameters. The results of chi-square test showed that the positive rate of Hcy was the highest in patients with low degree of differentiation, followed by high differentiation and the lowest in middle differentiation. The detection rate of CEA in colon cancer was higher than that in rectal cancer(p< 0.05),and the detection rate of low differentiation was higher than that of middle differentiation and high differentiation(p<0.001),pTNM stage ? was the highest, and stage ? was the lowest(p<0.05).The detection rate of CA199 in patients over 55 years old was higher than that in patients less than 55 years old(p<0.05),and that in women was higher than that in men(p<0.05).The detection rate of low differentiation was the highest, followed by middle differentiation and the lowest in high differentiation(p<0.05).The detection rate of pTNM stage ? was the highest and that of stage ? was the lowest(p< 0.05).The levels of serum Hcy,CEA and CA199 in the patient group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(p < 0.001).The levels of serum Hcy,CEA and CA199 in stage ? and ? were significantly higher than those in stage ? and ?(P<0.001),and those in stage ? and ? were significantly higher than those in stage ? and ?(P<0.05).The sensitivity of CEA was the highest(63.8%),AUC = 0.959,95% CI(93.2% ? 98.6%),followed by Hcy(62.5%),AUC = 0.776,CI(70.2%? 85%).CA199 was the lowest(48.8%),AUC was0.889,CI(83.7%? 94.1%).When the three markers were combined, the sensitivity was increased to(95.0%),AUC = 0.966,95% CI(93.8% ? 99.4%).The Yorden index was also the largest. Conclusion: Precancer screening and early diagnosis of colorectal cancer can be performed in combination with serum Hcy,CEA and CA199.
