Background:Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)in the young is a rare entity, with limited data.It was reported that there is a rising trend in prevalence of ACS in young patients, and the clinical characteristics and the influence factors are different from the traditional old ACS patients.Compared with the single vessel disease, the multivessel disease is severe and have poor prognosis. So it is necessary for us to study the influence factors and clinical characteristics of the multivessel disease, and take steps to prevent the progress in the high risk group as early as possible to improve the outcomes. Objective : Studying the influence factors and clinical characteristics of the multivessel disease, improve the recognition of ACS in the young.Pay more attention to the group and improve the effect of diagnosis and treatment and the outcomes. Methods:This is a single-center retrospective study. The object of this study is those who ? 45 years old, underwent coronary arteriography and diagnosed with ACS from Jan.2016 to Oct.2018 in the first hospital of Lanzhou university.Collect and record the data from the medical history system.According the result of the coronary arteriography, divide the patients(N=248)into 2 groups.Grooup 1:Single vessel disease(SVD)(n=170,68.55%),Group 2 : Multivessel disease(n=78,31.45%),including Double vessel disease(DVD)and Triple vessel disease(TVD).The time of fellow-up:30-37 days,6±0.5 months,12±1 months after discharge.Content of the follow-up:whether the patient is dead, stroke, myocardial infarction,CABG,new site of the vessel implanted stent,in-stent restenosis implant stent again, just underwent coronary arteriography again.Take chi-square test and independent-Samples T Test to analyze the data.A two-tailed probability value ? 0.05 was considered as significant. Results:Compared with the sigle vessel disease patients,The family history of CHD is more prevalence in the multivessel disease patients(4.1% vs 15.4%,p=0.002),the total cholesterol(4.41±1.17 vs 4.85±1.52mmol/l,p=0.024),triglyceride(1.81±1.01 vs 2.62±2.26mmol/l,p=0.003),LDL-C(2.82±0.93 vs 3.12±1.14mmol/l,p=0.027)were significantly higher in the multivessel disease patients? Conclusions:The family history of CHD,high level of total cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL-C were potential risk factors of the young multivessel disease patients.
