Objectice:To measure the choroid thickness in the inferior fovea and the nasal and temporal fovea at 500 m,1000 m and 1500 m of the retinal macula in the adolescents of the tu,Tibetan,hui and han nationalities in western China by optical coherence tomography,and to explore the differences in choroidal thickness in adolescents of different ethnic groups.Methods:From June 2016 and June 2017,this cross-sectional study was included in the Han nationality adolescents in Wuwei,Gansu,Hui Muslims in Linxia,Gansu,and Tibetan youths in the Huangnan Prefecture of Qinghai Province.The group was divided into two groups according to age,namely 7-14 years old group,15-19 years old group;according to the average equivalent spherical degree,it was divided into three layers,namely,the front view group:-0.5?SE?1.0,mild myopia group:-3.0?SE<-0.5,moderate myopia group:-6.0?SE<-3.0.The CirrusTM HD-OCT4000 scanner was used to measure the choroid thickness at 500?m,1000?m,and 1500?m of the fovea and nasal?N?and sputum?T?side quadrants.Results:There were 553 people?1106 eyes?,135 ethnic groups,121 Tibetans,97 Huis,and200 Hans.There was no significant difference in gender,corneal curvature K1,corneal curvature K2,anterior chamber depth and axial length.The average SFCT of the right eye was 316.35±98.74?m,and the average SFCT of the left eye was 309.97±96.64?m.The average SFCT of the right eye of Tu,Tibetan,Hui and Han was:404.47±98.89?m,356.26±91.38?m,255.89±52.79?m,262.06±55.65?m;the mean SFCT of the left eye was:390.76±89.31?m,351.07±97.86?m,254.38±53.28?m,and 255.52±60.52?m.Using one-way analysis of variance,there was a significant difference in mean SFCT between the left and right eye groups?p<0.001?;further comparison was performed using LSD.The average SFCT of the left and right eyes of the Tu nationality was significantly higher than that of the Tibetan,Hui and Han nationalities?p<0.001?.The average SFCT of the left and right eyes of the Tibetans was significantly higher than that of the Hui and Han nationalities?p<0.001?.There was no significant difference in the average SFCT between the Hui and Han nationalities?p<0.001?.p=0.741,p=0.514).The choroidal thickness of the Tibetans was not different from that of the Tus in the right eye T1500,T1000000 and left eye T500,T1000000 and T1500?p=0.142,p=0.016,p=0.068,p=0.046,p=0.330?.The points are thinner than the Tus.Conclusion:The choroidal thickness and nasal and temporal choroid of the Tu,Tibetan,Hui and Han adolescents are different:the choroidal thickness of the SFCT and the nasal and temporal sides of the Tu and Tibetan adolescents is significantly higher than that of the Hui and Han adolescents.Thick;there are no differences in choroidal thickness between the Hui and Han minority in the SFCT and the nasal and temporal sites.In addition to the right eye T1500,T1000000 and left eye T500,T1000,T1500500 measurement sites,the choroidal thickness of the Tibetans was not different from that of the Tus,and the rest were thinner than the Tus.
