Objective:Through the Fibroscan technology detecting the fat content and liver hardness in patients with fatty liver. At the same time, collect the general clinical data and serological indexes of patients with fatty liver. To observe the differences between different degrees of fatty liver disease,to discuss the progress of fatty liver disease and accumulate some clinical data. Methods:Sixty patients who were diagnosed with fatty liver by abdominal ultrasound in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from December 2017 to November 2018 and met the admission criteria were selected as the object of study, the ultrasound severity was graded as mild, moderate and severe,fifty-four healthy subjects were selected as the control group, and all subjects signed informed consent forms, receive the Fibroscan examination, and recorded the controlled attenuation parameter of fatty liver(CAP)and liver hardness value(FS),and general informations and serological indicators were also collected, including blood pressure,height,weight,TG,TCH,HDL,LDL,AST,ALT,ALP,γ-GGT.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for data statistics and analysis, and chi-square test was used for counting data.Mean standard deviation was used to represent the data in line with the normal distribution.One-way anova was used to compare the data between multiple groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis.Results:1.Comparison between control group and fatty liver group,CAP,FS,the differences was very significant,P<0.05.CAP had a highly difference in the mild, moderate and severe groups,P<0.05.2.BMI,ALT,AST,γ-GGT,TCH,TG,HDL,LDL,the P values were all less than 0.05 between the control group and the fatty liver group, and the differences were significant.BMI,ALT,AST,γ-GGT,TCH,HDL,P<0.05 between the mild group and the severe group, the differences were significant. The P value of TG was less than 0.05 between mild group, moderate group and severe group and the difference was very significant.3.CAP value was positively correlated with BMI,TG and LDL(P<0.05),but had no correlation with ALT,AST,γ-GGT,ALP,TCH,HDL and FS(P>0.05).4.FS value was positively correlated with AST and TG(P<0.05),but had no correlation with BMI,ALT,γ-GGT,ALP,TCH,HDL,LDL and CAP(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The CAP value of patients with fatty liver is significantly higher than healthy people, and the CAP increased with the increase of the severity of fatty liver, which could directly reflect the severity of fatty change.FS value is significantly different between the control group and the fatty liver group, suggesting that liver steatosis may lead to increased liver hardness.2.Fatty liver patients with BMI,ALT,AST,γ-GGT,TCH,TG,LDL are significantly higher than healthy people, and BMI,ALT,AST,γ-GGT,TCH,TG increased with the increase of the severity of fatty liver,HDL decreased as the severity of fatty liver disease increased, these suggest that the fluctuations of these indicators can reflect the inflammatory activities of the liver.3.CAP value is positively correlated with BMI,TG and LDL,and liver hardness value is positively correlated with AST and TG,suggesting that BMI and blood lipid may be the influencing factors of CAP,the fat content has clinical significance to evaluate the disorder degree of lipid metabolism.Liver stiffness may be associated with inflammation of liver tissue and has clinical significance in assessing hepatitis activity.Fibroscan combined with serological examination can provide a more accurate diagnosis of fatty liver.
